@Duncantoldme2 what was the editing error?

I’m surprised we haven’t seen more of Michael Sheen yet - he usually has a “big personality”

I wonder if he's in it for the long haul and/or involved in something very dramatic a bit later on?

Where they've sliced together the groups at breakfast (as we know they do). You have Sheen talking relatively clearly and loudly enough, and gesticulating whilst talking to Maya to his left, about how guilty Mahala seems as she's protecting REG. As in - Mahala clearly wasn't sat next to Maya when Sheen was speaking, in reality, but was in the edit shown. But obviously it wasn't glaringly obvious if no one else here noticed!!

I don't think Hannah really stands a chance of getting far. As a faithful she was likely to be seen as too clever and killed. And as a traitor she's really struggling with hiding that she's been recruited.

If she gets voted out can someone else be recruited as a traitor?

I did think it was odd that he was talking about her so loudly and she didn't notice.

I'm thinking long haul. Same with Romesh.

Yeah I noticed that.

I was thinking “Why on earth is he accusing her so loudly and voicing his suspicions when she’s literally sat right next to him?!?!”

Whilst simultaneously thinking, “Why is she behaving like she can’t hear him? Why isn’t she defending herself or talking back at him?” 🤣

It all looked very odd but at least I understand now that it was due to an editing error.

He was a nasty, bullying, lying and manipulative character in HeartStoppers so whenever I see him in this show I always think he has Traitor Potential 🤣 I find it hard to separate a person’s TV persona from their real life persona 🤣

I think a lot of the contestants are doing that re Julie who I dislike intensely but they seem to see as lovely and kind.

Now you mention it I did think he was talking loudly when Maha'la was quite close but thought it was something to do with the microphones.

Except she was there. In the three shot you can even briefly see her arm. It is weird he seems to be speaking so loudly though.

Can you tell me why you dislike her? I do too and I’m disappointed in myself. 😂 I thought I’d really like her but I don’t, but I can’t explain why.

Exactly, it's hard to pin down. I think she has a mean streak under her nicey nicey semi old lady even though she's not exterior, but it's not quite crystallised in my mind yet.

I was genuinely surprised by her age though, younger than she thought.

So, they splice the shots up to appear like people are sitting together when they aren’t in the same room. Really?

Glad I’m not only one who really dislikes Julie , have not a clue why except I hate coronation st , I really can’t stand Miranda either but again have no legit reason!

She irritated me from the first minute:

1. I hated her glad handing round the chapel - yuck, too arse-licking for that stage, not dignified

2. I hate the way she seems to think that she’s somehow adorable. Like a miss tiggy winkle

3. The edit may have been disobliging to her but I am already bored with her theories, she’s like a busybody in a bonnet in one if those costume dramas like Cranford.

Irritating

My dream team to win would be Joe and Miranda (who I didn't expect to like as much as I do), plus perhaps James B as a pervy little sidekick.

I'm not sure how clever Hannah is being, or whether spreadsheet analytics and logic are particularly helpful in a game as chaotic as Traitors! but we shall see.

I don't get the hate for Julie? I'd never seen her before, but find her quite endearing. She admits she's like a dog with a bone in games, but is very relaxed about being wrong and has a self-deprecating sense of humour. She doesn't strike me as spiteful or egotistical at all.

I did notice that! I just thought either a) he was being wildly indiscreet or b) he wasn’t talking that loudly and the sound mix had just been turned up so we could hear what he was saying.

Your theory makes sense though.

I don't hate Julie but I do find her a bit irritating in the ways the others describe. Not Fiona level awful by any means but very much as @queenceleste describes. Not a Corrie watcher so don't know what sort of character she plays.

That dog-with-a-bone mentality resulted in a faithful being eliminated (albeit it takes sheep to follow).
