Craig is a creepy bastard. What is wrong with Jack snapping at Amy. Agree far too much Hawkins the son and other sister make me want to throw something at the telly. Ned is also a creepy bastard. I don't get Suki being so horrible to her own children.

The Hawkins timelines are really confusing aren’t they. I think they rammed in the dad backstory quickly afterwards which makes it hard to follow.

Wiki says Nic was 18 when she married Teddy and had Harry, and her dad died 3 or 4 years later in 2005. So Nic would have been about 21.

Jack always annoys me when he speaks down to Amy. He’s not very nice to her unless she is self harming or in distress, not setting a good pattern for attention.

Suki has a real problem with Ash. I liked her with Avani and Nugget who are fast becoming the nicest characters they have and the funniest! I hope they don’t change their characters too much , but I know I’ll be disappointed! 😆

I don't want to lose Avani and Nugget when Ravi goes, maybe Ash can move in as aunt.

Ryder and Jodie have to be the most annoying characters they have currently, especially Ryder. No redeeming features at all and what does he do for work ? Is he at college ? How old is he and why do I care ?

If jumpers is Ryders dad then why would Ned be so menacing with Nicola ? It’s to do with the dead dad I bet. I really hope it’s not another incest story though and just that he helped her kill him off. Or be knows what really happened with Shireen and the others don’t. I hope we find out soon and maybe all of them will be written out soon as nobody seems to like any of them much !

My other concern ( because I give EE too much head space ) is that an 18 year old is now running a G P surgery that we never see. Although we may do now Ash will be working there!
I bet Gigi shows up next few weeks as well.

Yes it’s to do with the dad. Nic drove the car that caused the accident and Ned covered it up it emerged in today’s episode. He’s now a co-owner of Harry’s Barn so it looks like my theory about the Hawkins family owning the Vic won’t happen.

I just saw it's to do with the dad, and yet again Nic says 'it was an accident'. Just like Shireen! She has a lot of accidents doesn't she.

At least it keeps them safely away from the Vic. That would have been unbearable.

How does mum not know that she drove the car ? She must have seen them go off. Have to watch it later on though for the full story.

Who the hell auditions the Ryder actor and thinks it’s a good idea to give him the part. Henn be is worse than the acting in the numerous school plays I had to sit through.

He’s awful, Ned is the only decent actor in this band of newcomers. I supppse Nicola’s mum isn’t bad but she’s a bit of a caricature

Ned and Rose are not bad, the others are dreadful.
But even Ned is being written terribly - suddenly he has an errant business partner and £25k lands in his lap after a two minute conversation.
Ryder and Jodie are just annoyances and Gemma isn't much better.

I can't be doing with any of them. I think we're supposed to think they're salt of the earth, anything for fammmmleee, little bit woo, little bit whey.

I just think they're a bunch of twats.

I saw someone say on TikTok this morning that ChatGPT is writing EEs scripts… then I watched today’s episode and I fear it’s ruined it for me because I couldn’t unsee it. 🤣

Oh dear! No wonder the standard of writing has plummeted.
Has anyone noticed how they say a sentence with a pause before anyone’s name ? Mark is a big offender , he’ll say something to Lauren and say ‘ you look gorgeous ( pause ) then her name ‘ or whatever

I would like to see Gemma hanging around. She reminds me of Tina too. A rare one.
