I don’t think he’s been on our screens for years! I believe he’s done Italian Masterchef. I know he had a restaurant in London till recently.

He's been on a few things including an enjoyable Italian food'n'art tour with the art historian Andrew Graham-Dixon. Actually maybe more than one series. But that was a good few years ago now.

I liked that series. They were good fun together.

What are they doing to that rice for goodness sake. You don’t beat it to death, you treat it tenderly.

Shakira was last year, she was really down to earth and normal. It was a really divisive series - two groups of girls. One group were the classic playground bullies who played innocent and then there was Shakira and her two sidekicks who stood up for themselves and were called loud, big headed and slammed for being women who took no bullshit.
She is still with the man she left with and they have a massive social media following.
