So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

That Ruth is a terrible social worker arranging for Lucy to be fostered without consulting both prospective foster parents

Speaking of Bethany and I was thinking this earlier, you never see her needing to change her stoma or it leaking apart from that one time in the Rovers. Wouldn’t you see the outline of it through the clothes she wears like on her date today?

I don't usually find Kit Fit, maybe because I don't really like the character. But damn he looks good in these photos!

So another stroppy teen with banged up in prison parent (s). Brodie is still around, but his 2 sisters were so boring they've been shipped off to Spain, so why bring another teen girl with issues in?

She did seem over proportionally angry when she snapped at Sally but I wondered if she just wants a very good actress.

I don't think I can cope with yet another angry, shouty, teen story. Looking forward (not) to lots of slamming doors, yelling, stomping out of rooms and running away.

She's already taken in a stroppy teenage girl,well she's mellowed but she was stroppy when they took her in.

I'm also getting bored with the stroppy, shouty, teenager storylines. More stories with adults and less adolescents please.

I wondered about Lucy killing her mum, but it would be ridiculous if they do that again after all that Stu nonsense. In general on Corrie it seems that women are more likely to be murderers, domestic abusers, and child groomers than men, when in the real world the opposite is usually the case.

i reckon the mother was the abuser she abused Richie and maybe Richie/Lucy killed her in self defence . Got an awful feeling this boring storyline is going to run and run 🥱

Stu. Homeless after serving time for murder (which he didn’t do, his daughter did). Taken in by Yasmine to cook at Speed Dahl, they then became a couple. When his daughter was jailed, they took in his grandaughter Eliza. Lots of ‘stuff’ with Aliya, Kelly Neelan, Corey, Mason and all the young delinquents!
