I don’t think it will be anyone obvious.. but I love that the teens are getting a decent storyline they can all get their teeth into!

Agree, given something to work with they're not a bad group of actors.

Funny how the teens were all like attack him and then when he disappeared and they found him they were .

Taking into account they’re teens or early 20s they still have time to develop their acting skills.

@ShellingbynightI agree! What was Lauren wearing, especially as it's summer even if they were still cold on the EE set when they did it. I suppose I'm missing the point about the boots though!

I also always hate that 'you're a fighter' stuff with any illness, and Denise did a good job of destroying Jack over it as well. I almost felt sorry for him. Was it Phil he was talking to yesterday who said 'poor you' sarcastically? Because that was spot on. It's not easy to support someone who is ill, and Jack seemed to want to give up straight away.

I’d be like Jack though. Say the wrong thing, be too emotional. I couldn’t do bright and breezy like the nurse. I haven’t seen it today.

I liked Kat’s hair!

Kat's hair is the worst I have seen it (maybe ever)! Is it a wig? It was much nicer more recently.

It must be a wig, I can't imagine Jessie Wallace allowing that!

Agree that Mo's hair is better not scraped back and gelled to death!

Honey's hair was nice too. But I still prefer it when she had it shoulder length/chin length in a lob/bob.

What has just happened? How did Joel unlock himself and then what?

Can't believe Barney didn't get someone and let this happen to Joel.

Mo’s hair, great. Kat’s hair, wtf. @Meredusoleil I too thought it looked like a wig. Kat was barely managing any facial expressions today either.

I thought those scenes with Joel were really unpleasant. Now they have dragged themselves down into the gutter and are responsible for whatever it was that happened to him.

@thisoldcity I think it was Phil who said 'poor you'. Jack&Jack is still playing the pity card. Although when Kim asked why he wasn't with Dee, I thought 'what's your excuse Kim'. I thought Max was so Max today. The great disruptor.

The teenager scenes were so dark I actually couldn’t see what happened. Am I right that they tied Joel up and poured beer over him? Then just left him. Then when they went back he had released himself, or been released, but was lying unconscious nearby. Was there blood on his head, or was he just out cold?

@HighburyHope yes I think they were spraying/throwing beer over him. There was blood on his head, like he had been lamped over the head with a blunt object.

I don’t think the teens did anything to him. Someone else did.

Completely agree, it was unpleasant, and the teens have done themselves no favours, 2 wrongs don't make a right. I've no sympathy for any of them, they all come across as horrible, but then they've spent 16ish years in the kiddie cupboard so they wouldn't have basic morals

This new producer has managed to ruin every character, apart from maybe Nicola, although there's still time for that

I don't think Lilly or Barney really wanted revenge. Amy was the brains and main instigator behind it all. Lilly was just pressured into doing her bit. Barney didn't really do anything, but is still involved as a bystander. He should have done something.

Maybe the new detective will get to know Amy and find out she instigated it all. They will all be questioned won’t they.

I felt uncomfortable today during the scenes with the teens and even had to take a break during the episode. Minority view here - I feel really sorry for Joel who has been failed left, right and centre and doesn’t deserve being tricked and assaulted. Nor did he deserve to be threatened with violence by Vicky. Has he changed? I don’t know but it’s a tribute to the actor’s immense talent I’m compelled to see what happens to his character despite his vile deeds (which he was punished for). dunno who did the final assault - it’s not Ravi’s style to attack someone cloak and dagger (although was it like that with uncle / Ranveer?).

I hope we see the teens being punished, especially ringleader Amy. We probably will, the whole thing was (stupidly) filmed.
