Tim is trying to come to terms with the realisation that the thing he had with an older woman (Trisha) 40 years ago, (when he was 14) was actually abuse...

Shona's sister Jodie has managed to push herself into Daniel's house (and his life,) and seems to flit from place to place, with no actual luggage or money!

They've never been inside but both have been questioned by police at various times apparently. Not a good look for lawyers!

I don’t remember Betty Turpin being in prison or in police cells. Has Ken been in prison or police cells or Audrey?

Ken definitely spent some time in prison in the sixties; I think he was involved in some kind of protest and refused to pay the fine.

Did Emily spend any time in the cells after she did that protest in the Red Rec and climbed the tree?

I thought last nights episode was good. Called it right on Tyrone being the one that dropped car on Carl but hadn’t considered it might have been an accident. it makes much more sense it was accident for someone like Ty, he’s not malicious character.

What I don’t understand is why Ty lied about not seeing Summer on street., I mean it’s not suspicious he was around, he lives on the street, was at wedding after party in factory on street and seen in Rovers same night also on street, Madness.

I don't think anyone wants to be questioned by DS Swain as she bangs people up without much evidence.

She also blabs all the details of cases to her family, it took about three seconds for Carla and Betsy to get her to spill last night

I am sure I remember Adam get into some dodgy stuff with some bad guys but I cannot remember which bad guys.

His legal advice is criminally bad, he did not even ask Summer about her side of the story just went straight to telling her she had better plead guilty to manslaughter

Adam got Billy hooked on drugs. I can't remember if he was caught.
I think it might be dodgy to accidentally drop a car on someone who was accused by Kevin of knocking you down and not calling an ambulance? Or not great of Ronnie to shove him out in the hospital carpark.

I think it's disgusting that Tyrone and Ronnie are happy for Summer to rot in jail for what essentially was an accident. Neither are nasty characters and doing this to Summer is really nasty. The police don't seem to be investigating what happened to Carl so there would be no risk to Tyrone admitting he saw Summer and Theo. Particularly as he lives and works on the street. If anything it's more suspicious that he's lying.

Absolutely this. When he does finally admit to seeing Summer police will want to know why he lied about it in the first place. Carl has his suspicions about Ty now.

I'm glad it wasn't Ronnie dropping the car on Carl. At least he comes out better by taking Carl to hospital as despite hating him he knows that Debbie loves him.

I hope Tyrone gets in loads of shit for this. When Summer gets out I hope she kicks off big time and tells everyone.

I don’t know why they made such a secret of it - they could have both got the jack off Carl and called an ambulance. They could have said Tyrone ran outside for help or something after accidentally knocking the jack. Although being married to a mechanic, I don’t believe that a mechanic would accidentally knock a jack (it’s impossible to do that anyway).

I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be Theo’s wife that killed him, hoping for the insurance money, and none of us will give a fig about her getting locked up. After all this drama. (although we have to go through the Gary/Sarah angle yet).

I don’t remember Billy being responsible for Adam’s mother’s death at all. You have a better memory than me and yes, I’m getting bored with the suspects in Theo’s death. It’s quite obvious it isn’t Summer but could it be someone left field who isn’t on the official suspect list? Not sure who though

He was in a stolen car that crashed in to them when Adam was a child.
