Can't believe we're on a new thread already. Filling up so fast these days!

Brief summary:

Todd has finally left the dreadful Theo, (after he badly beat up Todd,) but Theo is not keen on leaving him alone (although he has been told to by the police.)

Carla and Lisa (Swain) are planning on getting married very shortly.

Carl has been trying to extort money out of Summer for information, as he knows Theo killed Billy. (Summer knows this now too as Theo cornered her in the shop and told her as much, threatening to 'bury her too.') Summer is - very sensibly - not giving Carl a penny until Theo is arrested!

The ghastly Megan (Trainer) seems to have vanished, so Sam is relatively safe for now, but Sam has been having hallucinations and keeps seeing Will there - coming at him - when Will is nowhere near. Toyah, Leanne, and Eva have tricked Megan into meeting her (by sending a text from the burner phone Megan gave Will, and pretending to be Will...) Not sure what they're going to do when they meet her!

Ben Driscoll has just found out the man he knew as dad is not his bio father, and Jim McDonald is actually his father (so he is.)

The effervescent Debbie is declining a little bit more by the week, but is still in fighting spirit, and is seeing Carl for the parasite he really is. The gorgeous Ronnie is always by her side. Carl has just decided to cause a flood in Debbie's hotel by leaving the taps running in one of the rooms, after she told him he was very difficult to love, and refused to let him have half the hotel after he threatened to report Ronnie to the police for hitting him.

Shona's annoying sister Jodie is causing trouble all over the place! She's stolen Lisa's police badge, and a girl she uses to be a nanny for has turned up. Jodie is not happy about this!

Probably a bit more is happening, but I'm sure it will come up soon.

Surely Kit was playing Gary. He wouldn't tell him Maria's story otherwise. I'm sure he suspects.

They said they were taking his laptop in, if they do they will easily be able to retrieve the deleted videos and find out when he deleted them

Bertie is seven?? He looked about three when Daisy was always looking after him.

Possibly, he did tell Gary that he would let him know if they had further questions so he was not letting him off the hook

Also noticed (as a few others have) that Bertie has a new head. He seems to be about 3 years older than he was last week too. At least he has some lines now.

Is every file deleted able to retrieved then? That seems absurd that you can never get rid of anything.

I know when you initially delete something it can go to a deleted folder to be retrieved but if someone said they'd deleted something I would expect they’d have properly deleted it from their computer.

It is actually more efficient for the computer not to delete files.

Instead of obliterating all trace of a file, all it does is mark the space that the file uses as available for reuse.

Thus if new files are not created and placed in that space then the old ones can be un-deleted.

As @zanahoriasays, anything ‘deleted’ is not removed, merely the pointer/signpost to that data. The only way to erase data (apart from specialist software or a large hammer!), is to completely fill the disk up with random data and/or 0000000s which will overwrite anything else.

Is Daniel going to try and kill himself? Or just get very drunk and hide away.

I don't think Daniel will kill himself @the80sweregreat but it looks like he is out of it for a while now - not sure how long, maybe a few weeks.

And Will seems a bit keen to go and stay with his mum. I wonder if he's planning on trying to see Megan Trainer when he's way from Ma Driscoll and his daaa?

I don’t think Will will go to Scotland somehow. You wouldn’t trust him.
I did laugh at Ma driscoll going on about Heather and deer and Mel said ‘ I live in a town ‘ !

There was a close up of the safe when Ben left it open. Susie was watching someone emptying it. I reckon Will stole the money then will run away to be with Megan.

Little Suzie really is a mini- Eva. She has the makings of a good actress so far.

I agree @JellyBeanSpring25 , she's a precocious wee thing but she carries it off well.

Is Will in touch with Megan? The last I remember was him asking her to contact him.

I was inordinately glad that Danielle told Todd Theo was controlling during their marriage and how she danced to his tune to keep herself safe.

Does Summer work ? How old is she ?
I don’t know her background, but she has lost two dads now so wondering how she survives / earns money.

Summer works in Dev's shop and is receiving Billy's life insurance payout. Remember how Carl tried to bribe it out of her? I'm not sure why she works in the shop, she did go to the USA for university.

Oh yes, Carl did try to get some money from her didn’t he. I’m glad she didn’t do this.
How old is she ? Does she see her real parents ( or mention them)
