Can't believe we're on a new thread already. Filling up so fast these days!

Brief summary:

Todd has finally left the dreadful Theo, (after he badly beat up Todd,) but Theo is not keen on leaving him alone (although he has been told to by the police.)

Carla and Lisa (Swain) are planning on getting married very shortly.

Carl has been trying to extort money out of Summer for information, as he knows Theo killed Billy. (Summer knows this now too as Theo cornered her in the shop and told her as much, threatening to 'bury her too.') Summer is - very sensibly - not giving Carl a penny until Theo is arrested!

The ghastly Megan (Trainer) seems to have vanished, so Sam is relatively safe for now, but Sam has been having hallucinations and keeps seeing Will there - coming at him - when Will is nowhere near. Toyah, Leanne, and Eva have tricked Megan into meeting her (by sending a text from the burner phone Megan gave Will, and pretending to be Will...) Not sure what they're going to do when they meet her!

Ben Driscoll has just found out the man he knew as dad is not his bio father, and Jim McDonald is actually his father (so he is.)

The effervescent Debbie is declining a little bit more by the week, but is still in fighting spirit, and is seeing Carl for the parasite he really is. The gorgeous Ronnie is always by her side. Carl has just decided to cause a flood in Debbie's hotel by leaving the taps running in one of the rooms, after she told him he was very difficult to love, and refused to let him have half the hotel after he threatened to report Ronnie to the police for hitting him.

Shona's annoying sister Jodie is causing trouble all over the place! She's stolen Lisa's police badge, and a girl she uses to be a nanny for has turned up. Jodie is not happy about this!

Probably a bit more is happening, but I'm sure it will come up soon.

That was actually a really annoying episode!!

Hmm, getting tired of this very drawn out murder victim saga now. Dragged on for over 2 months now.
So will the murder victim be Theo?
No idea, will see what happens rest of this week!

Got to admit, I am annoyed with tonight's episode. Theo got away AGAIN, then as Todd was on his way to the airport to go to see Eileen and Jason, he 'forgot his phone' and had to go back - then the taxi driver left (didn't wait for him) and OH NO, he bumped into Theo! 🙄

Why did George not get someone from Streetcars to take Todd?

Yes it was so annoying, the way Theo keeps getting away and yes why did Todd get out of the taxi

I watched it earlier and thought it was shit. Todd got out of the Taxi to go and grab his phone, then Betsy and someone else got into the taxi. With Todd's bags still in it I assume.
And George meekly sitting down when Theo told him too.

Gary justice was the only good bit. I've had enough drama.

Surely Todd could have got a new phone at the airport or something?

I thought the first half was good but the 'oh no, it's Theo again' ending was rubbish

Todd took his bag with him as it was only George’s little rucksack. It was Betsy & blondie from the pub (Frankie’s mum) going into town, which aligns with the statement that Betsy gave to the police.

I get the impression all of this is a red herring, Theo is not the killer or the victim

I really enjoyed tonight's. Sean was dreadful.

1. hed have stayed on the phone after the brick was chucked through the window, or George would have gone straight round.
2. George would have had his phone out as he went into the flat, and wouldn’t have sat down.
3. Nobody would have let him go to the airport on his own!
4. 3 police officers looking for Theo didn’t manage to check his van, which is parked outside the flat and is where he’s been sleeping for weeks!!
5. And Todd would have said turn round to the taxi. Unless he’s planning on killing Theo himself? As he asked the taxi to stop when he saw Theo’s van.
6. Todd would no way have gone to the flat on his own anyway!!

But that aside, the only interesting thing about the episode was who assaulted Megan?

There is a DAPO out on Theo but he parks his van in the street?

and for some reason scaffolding is out side Todd's flat so he can walk straight in

Anyone seen what the last message was on Theo's phone?

I think it’s going to be a week if possibilities focussed on each potential victim so another week or so before we find out who was murdered….at least.

I would have thought Gary would have more sledgehammer experience

Please do not criticise Gary. He was kind to Summer and his hammer technique may have been poor but was effective.

Todd got out of that taxi for a reason even he couldn’t be that stupid! I wanna know who was it who squared up to Theo when he said oh it’s you ?

Thanks. I need to stop doing my "life admin" whilst watching. Then maybe I'd know what was happening.

Yes there’s no way George would have just left him. And how come Todd had his passport on him?

I did enjoy tonight’s episode. I think we are revisiting the same day / night for rest of week but concentrating on different characters each night? I like seeing how these type of dramas play out.

No reason for Todd not to return to flat for phone on his own, as far as he knew Theo was banged up. George didn’t pass on the news from Kit that Theo was at large when he saw him off in taxi. Probably thought he didn’t need to worry him as he was leaving!

Why would the taxi not wait for Todd, knowing they had his luggage in the car?

Luggage wasn’t in car. Todd only had a small bag which he took out when he left.
