No one should mess with a lemon meringue pie. Crumbs and a bit of lemon curd and undercooked meringue. 🤬

This is personal for me - I consider myself the lemon meringue pie queen - it's the pudding my daughters and their friends always ask for.
Must have a mound of meringue, baked in the oven so it's crispy on top and marshmallowy in the middle.

Not much jeopardy here

No argument from me there. She was the weakest.
