Love a home made tartar sauce - I load it with chopped gherkins and capers.

I respectfully disagree, but it needs to be shop tartare sauce, none of this homemade fancy nonsense.

The whole idea of a fish finger sandwich is to be able to pick it up and eat it - therefore you need it to be between 2 slices of bread.

I did a hospitality degree - had a module in a silver service restaurant in the first year!
Never made either again after that…

I lived on packets of Beanfeast - dried veggie chilli - funnily enough it doesn’t seem to be around any longer.

I like a thin layer of ketchup on mine but I also like butter.
I think I've asked bit of an Anna attitude to butter.
