Grant was a great character back in the 90s, Ross Kemp played him so well. Unfortunately I don’t rate his acting anymore, I think he has been too long out of the game. Steve McFadden was outstanding in those beach scenes and RK was just reciting lines.

I did like the beach scene with Nigel and Phil.
It was so well done. RIP Nigel. I liked his character

I hate the use of the word passed instead of died. There is a lot of it in today’s episode. But I laughed at Mo wondering if Julie had feelings despite being northern 😂

It’s weird the terminology we use around death. I suppose people don’t want to upset anyone , so use pass or passed away as it doesn’t sound as harsh as died or dead. Also can depend on who you’re speaking to and the circumstances. Some people are more pragmatic than others.

Wee Ivy is lovely although it’s very obviously played by twins, one has much more hair than the other 😆

The babies were sweet! It must be hard filming around tiny babies , I assume they often use more than one for some scenes. Then we don’t see them for ages!

Linda seems to like Grant and he likes to bed someone when he comes home. He once slept with Jane and Sharon last year , then he flies off again.

Good to see Moxy back (you have to be old to get this reference) as George’s dad. He plays an evil old man very well.

How dare you call me old. 😀 I remember Moxy (Auf Wiedesen Pet), what a great show. He plays his character well in EE. Really unpleasant.

Definitely think Grant and Linda will get together.
