Oh no. She was only 54. So sad for her husband and daughter. What a great shame. She looked particularly stunning in her green dress on the couch at last night's commitment ceremony too.

Hi all, I'm a lurker here. I just saw the very sad news and had to comment. I'm a year past surgeries & chemo for stage 3 colon cancer. It's such a cruel disease. My heart goes out to her family.

As with any cancer early detection can save your life. Check your poo, get ALL changes checked out and make sure you do your screening test as soon as you receive it.

When she was on Countdown a few weeks ago, she looked so healthy 😔

Delurking to say how sad I am about the terrible news about Mel. I didn’t realise how quick it was going to be. An absolutely beautiful woman who just seemed to kind.

She’s so young but her nasolabial fold is deep and jowls are already forming
