Fingers crossed that Steven finally accepts that he is gay a d finds his happily ever after. Because ain't no way he is into women.

I once met an absolutely drop dead gorgeous man in Uni and our first kiss was like that. It was our first and only - I think I made an excuse that I got my period the screen the house calls back when people gave out landline numbers. It only lasted maybe 10 seconds and I got a rash on my chin anyway 🤢

A few seasons ago there was a man who was clearly gay who married a woman I think called Kate. They lasted 2 minutes and she HATED him - he was obsessed with the movie The Notebook.

Yeah, I have had a man kiss me like that as well and honestly, all I remember is just how sloppy and wet it was. And that I never wanted to experience it again.

Weirdly I saw Cold Fish Man (as me and flatmates nicknamed him, as that’s what it was like kissing him) at a wedding with his OH and a child years later. I was gobsmacked someone married and conceived a child with him and still had skin on her face.

I’m not defending Chris but really he is in an impossible situation, they have set it up so that if he genuinely doesn’t fancy her which is completely ok, he will be being cruel to her and confirming that therefore no man will or could ever fancy her.

They are ordinary looking people and the odds of one ordinary person fancying another ordinary person at first sight are surely pretty slim.

Like mean girl Alyssa and David- you know they will fancy each other, they are hyper attractive/ hyper aware of their image and attractiveness it’s easy matching them.

I also thought Bec looked like Taylor Swift, it was her eyes and nose , the mutilated lips less so.

Eye bleach definitely required. 🤮

Cant remember much about the other brides/grooms (apart from pasta boobs) but there wasn’t 9 of each that we saw, and they said at the start “18 new people looking for love…”. No names to recall either!

Laughing girl & boat boy, no chance. As someone earlier says, he didn’t even glance at those magnificent puppies. Nice couple, in their own way, but not together and not in love. Would like to be wrong!

Daddy’s girl and Rapper boy. Eeek. The whole power struggle to get him on his knee was awful. She is certainly a handful. And yes to a PP, she does look like Sonia from Gavin & Stacey.

And what’s with all the preview crap at the end? Too much producers, too much.

Isn't that what they call a 'pash'? It gets much better after the weddings but they are the worst bit imo in all the versions.

I’d forgotten how frickin’ long these early episodes take with all the introductions, weddings, blah blah.
