Surely most normsl looking women aren’t told they are gorgeous very often? I’d not even say it to a bride on her wedding day (I’d say she looked lovely or x item is amazing) but saying soneone looks gorgeous just seems disengenous if they are not? She looked very nice but not gorgeous.

Your key word here is "very often" this implies they do sometimes get told this.

I do tell a bride on her wedding day she looks beautiful/gorgeous as a bride does in her wedding day in my experience. Perhaps not to conventional beauty standards but on her wedding day most brides look their uttermost best and their own kind of beautiful.

I think he should absolutely have complimented her l, and it suggest to me why he has been single that long. I suspect he doesnt much look past his own wants and needs.

I liked her dress and as she walked down that aisle I thought she looked gorgous. I actually liked her look and style better than Alissas (pretty sure I mispelled her name)

Here for the tea! Haven't seen the whole of last night's episode yet, but already I'm not sure how much of Alissa/Gia/Chris I'm going to be able to take. Gia and Chris in particular are so conspicuously obnoxious that I'm wondering if they are plants, they've clearly been picked to stir up drama. Hopefully they'll get put together and spontaneously combust themselves out of the show.

And how flipping awkward did Alissa make things with the whole 'down on one knee' malarkey. I don't see those two lasting. (Hope not because Alissa is already doing my head in!)

Alissa seems like a nightmare. I can’t believe David gave in and asked her to marry him. She is so loud and seems obnoxious, but for those types it’s often all show and they end up being much quieter as time goes on and end up being willing to be treated like shit. All the ‘daddy’ stuff. 🙄 David, not sure what to make of him as it’s been the Alissa show so far. He seems calm and his friends seem quite normal.

Rachel, the nervous laughing was obviously ridiculous, but probably heavily edited. Steven seemed quite taken with her when she was reading her vows. Not sure if his demeanour is nerves or something else. He’s very, very awkward. His mother…😬

As always, too early to call. I hate these early shows, so long winded and they feel like hard work to get through. Roll on a few weeks.

Yeah I’ve seen a small clip of one dinner party and it’s cray cray (looks like the same dinner party they showed a clip of last night from the clothing)

In the spoiler but he looks absolutely terrified of all the craziness going on around him.

The take the knee scene was absolutely appalling and the producers should have stepped in and put a stop to it.

The kissing was also appalling 🤢
