This is an interesting take and I once worked in a toxic office where it did feel like the bullying of one member of staff was contagious, so I do get what you're saying. But I still don't think that's what's happening here. Every negative reaction towards Lucinda that's been aired has been in response to something she's said or done in the moment and has been said in obvious exasperation at her behaviour. The others aren't sitting around all day slagging her off or debating how to exclude her – a classic bullying tactic – because we know the producers would air those scenes if they were. It's just in tasks and recouplings that this happens. In other words, Lucinda's deliberately choosing moments she knows will definitely make the final edit to act up and that's what the rest have all had enough of. Jessy's comment about people finally seeing the real Lucinda as she is on the outside is very telling.

Really, Lucinda is playing a blinder. She's whipping the villa up so it seems like she's being bullied when really she's just very cleverly manipulating what makes it to transmission.
