Did he call her his sister as well?

His sister came on for the last bit of the call

Windy1234 · 19/02/2026 22:06

Boring episode.

i think Helena def got thrown under the bus a bit, i thought when maya asked she replied something like, I dunno air time probably.

not convinced that the public didn’t majority ask about Lucinda’s sugar daddy/boyfriend on outside world.

how good of a friend would Millie be to have though

IAmKerplunk · 19/02/2026 22:06

Dull episode.
Off to watch The Apprentice for more shite 🤣

In fairness to the programme they’re never going to ask about a supposed sugar daddy though 🤣

I couldn't get past Sean's sisters eyebrows; they were HUGE! 😂

Oh my god they nearly had their own post code!

I feel like Lucinda and Sean could absolutely sweep the votes - but only if they keep their gobs shut now The public perception has got to their heads and they feel empowered to share opinions about everything. Lucinda came across ridiculous today.

I actually wish I trusted Zack more because they'd be such worthy winners, but there's something about him that doesn't feel right.

Edited

100%. Lucinda and Sean need to just play it cool for the next few days and they really could win.

I wouldn't vote for Millie and Zac because of Zac!

True 🤣🤣 they should have come back at how she looks repulsed when he goes to kiss her and dodges any meaningful questions from him. I actually quite like Sean but feel very sorry for him.

His sisters eyebrows though, yes they where quite out there!

All their houses looked unlived in, esp Scott’s sister

I'm not sure why Jessy was so shocked. I'm sure there was a game or something around the fire pit when Helena literally said to her face that she played it safe or something.
I think Jessy is a people pleaser and tries so hard to please people that she isn't used to people calling her out on things

Windy1234 · 19/02/2026 22:19

Agreed, although regarding Jesse, Tommy, belle and Harrison, to a degree asking if belle only went for Harrison because she didn’t have any other option, well duh. Same with Jesse and Tommy, they are kind of together by default, unless they agree friendship couple at this stage but no one else coming in, so I don’t see why they’re so shocked at the answers

IAmKerplunk · 19/02/2026 22:25

Exactly. People get told off for going with an easy option ie the singles but then also get told off for going for someone who is in a couple so what are they actually supposed to do 🤣

how old is your dc? I forgot my youngest is now old enough to sort of do there thing and arranged their own stuff with friends (he’s 12) so I have had a very quiet one 🥳 To be fair to me my oldest is nearly 26 so I have spent many years dreading with, dealing with and struggling through school holidays. This is the first one where my youngest told/checked with me his plans and I had to do absolutely bloody nothing!

I’m sorry @IAmKerplunk !

dd is 6.5 - she’s got autism so is terrible with sleep anyway so we are still up now and will be til gone midnight !! - she’s currently screaming ‘dinosaur’ and rolling around on our bed (yep, our bed 😅)

thats a big age range, you’ve definitely earned a rest!

Ooh what are you apologising for? Sounds a very tough half term for you. I know not all kids with autism are the same (obviously) but if it gives you a little bit of hope my 15yr old is autistic (hf) and once in secondary school with a lot more structure absolutely flew and slept better. I absolutely know that won’t be the same for all autistic kids but this is just my story. Hope you manage some rest and get some time to yourself wherever you can. Parenting is hard - especially doing it solo Flowers

Jessie is probably realising she’s fucked up by coming back on All Stars in the first place I think.

I actually now really sympathise with Jessy, especially after seeing all the video calls.

Almost all the relatives and friends were so supportive to each Islander, apart from Jesse’s dad, who seemed so cold and judgmental. When you see how emotional it made them all, it must have been devastating for Jessy to get that reaction from her own father. It was more like a work appraisal.

I meant to reply but got distracted!

Thank you, that does give me hope - she has medium support needs, as is still pre verbal, but she’s developing so much now 🥰

its tough but it’s also alright - I quite like getting to watch what I want on telly, and judging other people’s shite husbands on mumsnet 😂😂

Do you know what

I felt the same way. People are praising her dad, and I agree that he was right. But also, it reminded me of interactions with my own sd who hated me. cold and unfatherly. I bet her home life isn’t too good.

belles parents are enablers but they put on a united front, which I bet Jessie wishes for

I kinda feel sorry for her now - she’s a mess in her own way and doesn’t have the support to play the game like belle does - or even Lucinda 🤷‍♀️

We only see an Edit though, I’m sure they all said more than we saw.

IAmKerplunk · 20/02/2026 09:58

I saw it differently with Jessie’s dad - he told her he loved her and was proud of her but also when telling her that her behaviour was not a good look for her he reminded her that he thought of her as a wonderful kind person and she should be showing that side. I think he did right and I think other parents could take a leaf out of his book. My mum would have said similar if I needed to hear it and she was the kindest warmest loving mum.

See I thought it was an example of good parenting.

If one of my kids was on a reality show acting out of character, bullying another contestant which made the public dislike them, then I would tell them. But I'd also gently tell them to be the nice kind person i know them to be - which is what Jessy's dad did.

IAmKerplunk · 20/02/2026 10:22

I wonder if those who had friends on the video call if it was because their family didn’t want to appear? Jessie would know what her dad is like so must have been happy that he was the one she spoke to.

I honestly don’t disagree that she had to be told. At all. Dunno it just seemed cold and like there was no protectiveness there

i think she seems very unhappy

stîl I’m not dying on this hill 😂 she was wrong, end of
