I used to make Sole Veronique about 40 years ago.

This round is brutal sending two home. Sometimes with a poor group one or even two get lucky and go through. Other times with a strong group good chefs get sent home. This feels like a strong group.

I had Sole Veronique in France years ago and thought they had served me fish in custard by mistake (it was lovely though, once I got over the suprise)
