The Ray/Celia story coming to an end isn’t as explosive as I was expecting?! Everything’s happening off camera why wouldn’t we have seen Dylan telling Laurel?! And if Celia did kill Bear we didn’t see any of that either! Agree Robert looked fantastic this evening

I agree @PamelaShipman80 it's all just fizzling out which is very annoying considering we've had to endure it for so long.
It's like the initial idea just grew arms and legs then they didn't know how to end it.

I agree. It’s a bit of a damp squib after all that. Maybe Monday will help with that feeling 😆

I hope the coming months aren't going to be dominated by the stupid surrogacy/ whose baby story.
Not remotely interested in it especially if it leads to Charity and Mack splitting up.
Let's hope they send April and co on a very long holiday and she doesn't feature in any big stories in 2026.

I wonder if with Corriedale about to start they've had to shoehorn all the stories in beforehand to meet the timeline of the two soaps colliding. So we didn't get to see Dylan telling Laurel which would have been quite a vital scene in the grand scheme of things. And if Celia has murdered Bear off screen I'll be mightily pissed off as we had to endure weeks of Anya dying and she wasn't even a major character.

It’s what they do. Drag things out to infinity and then wrap the story up in 10 minutes. I would like them to improve their pacing and stop with all the filler crap.

I also want April to take a hike holiday. Off to the cruise ship with Auntie Cathy 👋

I feel cheated tonight. We’ve waited so long for this hellish storyline to reach a conclusion and they’ve crammed too much into a 30 min episode and deprived us of major details.

How much did Dylan tell Laurel/did she believe him straight away/did he tell her Bear is at the turkey farm/did Laurel phone the police/did she tell Paddy/does she know that fuckwit Marlon knew all about Ray and let her play happy families with him?

No, they omitted all the important stuff and subjected us to snivelling Sarah and Dr Doolittle’s pointless wedding last night when they could have shown us stuff that matters 😡

I think Sarah should find out the baby is Ross’s and clears off to Australia to see Debbie and take Jake ,,

I enjoyed Laurel getting a backbone, glad Dylan told her what was going on. I don't think Bear is dead. Where are the other workers?

It was all a bit convenient. Dylan keeps quiet for all this time and then suddenly decides to blab to Marlon, Rhona and Laurel. 5 mins ago he was terrified of the truth coming out and then suddenly he’s got verbal diarrhoea.

Did any of you wonder during Corrie last night if Debbie and Bernie were about to meet April when they were wandering in the Yorkshire woods?

Must admit I didn't but it would have been ace. April will be in the cricket pavilion with a bottle of vodka. They always are.

I don’t watch it but I have watched the last few episodes just to get a feel of what’s happening. It seems to have been enough.

I couldn't be bothered to watch Corrie as Emmerdale is enough so I won't have a clue what's happening.

It would appear that every single person in Corrie is at the wedding of Debbie and Ronnie, ( except for the family running the Rovers Return pub ) so various cars / people giving lifts etc. and maybe a mini bus ? and the wedding is held in a large property in Yorkshire with grounds and woods.

and now that I've written that I am sure I will think of people not at the wedding...

@RaraRachael @TheFormidableMrsC what a flop, they could have wrapped it up a month again and made it amazing. I’m not going looking for spoilers but I hope this gets the conclusion we’ve waited for.
