Why Jack looked so depressed is interesting, but may have been more to do with Denise , but Lauren said that he needed to look out for the baby.
Why has Nicola fallen out with Chelsea ? She was ok with Partick , he even asked after her ankle.
Chelsea works for Nicola at the moment. So an incident at the bar ? Mighy not be related to any of this.

Maybe Nic loses the baby due to something in the bar that might be Chelsea's fault? But then she and George looked reasonably perky, so maybe not.

Vicky and Max is a stretch as she is definitely not his type, he likes a veneer of glamour and I’m sorry to say but she is just too dowdy. But then again Zack is supposedly in love with her so anything is possible.

I think I'm enjoying all these theories from you lot more than I enjoyed the Fast Forward episode! My main distraction while I was watching it, was seeing who was still in EE in a year's time and who was not shown. I was so glad to see Max still in it as he's very good value. I like all the loose ends we are shown, though I agree with pp that the writers might not bother with some of them when it comes to the final details. Baby Ethan is an interesting one, and so is Ian's attitude... I think I need to watch it again.

I think Max is shown to be living in No 3 Albert Square, JackandJack owns it.
No 5 is Peacock Palace and No 1 is the Nu Mitchells House.
I think Baby Ethan is currently still spermatozoa, not yet conceived as he was shown in a moses basket thing so I would guess aged under 3 months in the FF episode.
No idea to his parentage but could be JackandJack's baby, as opposed to one of his kids.

@mumofoneAloneandwell Suzy Branning was a piece of work! Only recently watched where she tried to outsmart Archie and bring down the Mitchell family on Christmas day by revealing the father of Roxy's baby (Amy!)

And I bloody loved Zoe Lucker as Vanessa.

What most interests me is that I wonder how they are going to play this out nearer the time.

Max has already shagged Cindy and Linda. He will doubtless shag Chelsea too. Probably also Zoe. I really doubt Denise will shag him but if Stacey returns he'll be shagging her too within minutes. So there will in the shorter term be plenty of candidates for Bride.

But at some point in the weeks before the ‘wedding’ they have to show who he is actually marrying. They cannot repeat the scenes with four ‘brides’ as it will make no sense, by the day itself it will be clear who he's marrying, so there won't be a lot of interest in that aspect.

I don't think the producer is clever enough to pull this off, it's over complicated and it's going to be a hot mess.

I'm holding onto that if Zack finds Vicki fanciable, there's hope for me yet... 😆

sorry your feeling ignored! ! Vanessa is a good shout tbh. They clearly like returning characters and she was good value. I don’t think that Stacey will return in time , but it might also be Tanya ( or lined up as a red herring nearer the time )
Im more concerned that Oscar will go missing or die .. surely max wont choose Lauren with two boys to parent ? I am also hoping that he manages to rescue them in time and ( somehow) knows where they both are !

I agree that if the gorgeous Zack can buy jewellery for Vicki there is also hope for me too ! 😂
( she is much younger than me though to be fair )
Love all the different theories , I fear that I give this v silly soap too much head space.
Some weird theories on line too , some are funny though.
I tend to agree with shelling that it had potential to go badly wrong and the writers / producer may mess it up. At least we have moved on a bit from Zoe , but is she going to court or what is happening there ?

At least Patrick and Nicola looked happy in the flash forwards , but Nic is going to feature a lot I bet.

I don’t recall max being with Linda since his return ( unless it wasn’t shown) but she may forgive him and they are under the same roof ( at the moment) She spurned him the other day.
Only one ( so fa!) is Cindy.
There are a few ‘ runners and riders ‘ for him to pursue in the next few weeks though.
Chelsea seemed very interested already. Zoe may get off the murder charge or whatever is going on there.
Linda, Cindy ( again ) Denise, although she gave him the brush off, but may be tempted. I doubt she is marrying him though!

I think Nic's baby is due in June.

Nicola slept with George in august , which means April time it’s due? She was 12 weeks last month for her baby scan with George. ( I am usually wrong tbf , but I think it’s before June time)

Hey, what if pregnant woman is faking it and wearing one of those prosthetic bumps !
I watched a Netflix drama with Jill halfpenny and Richard Armitage a few years ago and she pretended to be pregnant ..she had bought the ‘ bump’ from the ‘ dark web’ and was able to deceive for a while.
If pregnant woman is out to get max , she turns up with the scan photo in her bag and begs for a bed for the night , he hasn’t noticed it’s fake ! 😂
I find it odd Max hasn’t a spare bed in that place or even a blow up bed out the attic / garage.

80s do you mean what I said above? I was just listing who Max has already shagged - Linda, Cindy (and Zoe and Stacey) so there is already a connection. The only one he hasn't shagged yet is Chelsea, and she has already said she fancies him. I suspect it's Chelsea he's marrying.

I am completely discounting Denise as Bride. She is probably mother of the bride.

That flat that Max is in most definitely has a spare room because Whitney put that Milton Keynes girl in there. Did they have another room for peach/dolly? If so it would be a 3 bed place

Never thought of that. Good point that they will have to show Max developing a relationship with the bride shortly for it to believable that he would be getting married to her 1 year from now. And someone else mentioned baby Ethan mother will need to pregnant very soon.

Pregnant Woman had a box of vitamins by the bed , I know I'm a Fossil but I was adviced only to take Vitamins 3 months prior to conception and 3 months after . ( Mainly the Folic Acid ) not when I was showing a bump. (and I;m a weedy vegetarian but my iron levels were good )

Maybe advice has changed ? I am out of the Loop .

They've done a Fake Bump with Nadine but that was Jay who Bless Him, not the sharpest knife in the drawer .

@Alucard it will be interesting to see how this is paced, so far storylines seem to be go round in circles for months then a sudden wham of resolution. Max already has a relationship history with at least three women on the square - Linda, Zoe, Stacey. It's only really Cindy and Chelsea he would need 'time' with.

Can’t believe we still haven’t met MySon. Maybe the guy they cast got a better offer!

Love the theories and agree that it may become another six , which started well and ended up being really far fetched! They need to be on their A game with this as it’s a whole year and factor in the pregnancy calender too ( so to speak!)

I did see a photo of myson online ( Facebook ) but not recently. Maybe it hasn’t worked out?

Process of elimination says Chelsea. Unless there's some double bluff storyline going on.

In terms of pacing someone does need to be up the duff very soon.
