It's another annual leave storyline with Harry and rehab. I've no idea why they've needed to highlight everyone's annual leave this year.
I will always say killing off Martin was a bad idea. We've been given Ross, Vicky, ant-n-ee, Zoe, and Jasmine. None of them can compare, they could all leave and not be missed. Joel was a good actor but I've not missed him and his miserable storyline at all.
There are still some great actors/characters left but there's no trust in what the production team will do next. There's also alot of absence

Harry is not in rehab anywhere near long enough. In a fortnight he's back on the square wanting revenge on Ravi.

Nigel’s film looked intriguing. Why were some dressed like the keystone cops ?
Plus Antnee wants information from the one person who happens to be coming out of the hospital and he can manipulate into committing fraud by looking up records ! 🙄 poor woman will get the sack !

Joel is back soonish I think as Vicki has to go to court.
Or maybe that’ll be next year.
Kim was funny today , at least the film may be light hearted. I hope Ravi doesn’t die , as much as he is to blame for so much , he doesn’t deserve a death.

I suppose that Nicola is paying for the rehab. It’s is only a few weeks , so maybe not a huge amount ? ( not as much as Linda’s cruise anyway)
Thousands here or there never seem to bother the Mitchell’s though!

Was Ravi not working for Nicola at some point? So how is she not getting any blame? (I've lost track.). The drug running was a major part of her income so guess she isn't short of a bob or two.

Cindy got shovelled last year (as referenced by Oscar today 😆) and was pushed this year and now there's the annual fire!

Whats with the writer making things confusing to keep us guessing? Just do the storyline well, its a soap in 2025, not a harlan coban thriller, it will be a bit predictable

I missed an interview on radio 2 this morning with Michelle Collins and Adam Woodyatt.
My husband caught the interview and they said that Jacqueline Jossa ( Lauren) has an encyclopedic knowledge of EE and they go to her for any info on past stories! Which is sweet.
Cindy and Max have never been in the soap at the same time, but they share the storyline of Steven who she will blame for him dying. They also share a grandchild ( Abi) so I expect yet another showdown with those two. Not that Cindy has been in it much lately.

It can't be too far, it seems to be a regular go-to for Nigel's filming location, Harry getting tipsy and for illicit snogging sessions.

No, after buying the Albert and giving E Laine a manageress job there , Cindy went to Devon to visit her sister Gina !
she was gone for ages and missed Max’s brief return.
I actually want Stacey to come back from Brazil if only for Lily to get help and Jean to cheer up.
Or maybe Jean will be sectioned or go and visit the Wendy’s ! She needs a break

There is a ‘container place’ at Canada water in London.
I went there once and it was expensive and a bit of a let down. I think I’m the wrong demographic though. Nice gin and tonics though !

I don’t think Jasmine has particular beef with Cindy, she’s just an arsey mare who gets the hump with everyone. Just like her mother😆

I wonder if they will bother to explain why Jasmine would not give her ID to Elaine, and her NI number was fake. Because no one would recognise her from her real name, her ID doesn’t say ‘Zoe’s daughter’!

Yes. Odd about the fake NI number and not having any kind of social media and all the rest of it ( that was forgotten about because E laine was too busy sourcing peacock statues and dark paint for the boutique b and b) She forgot about Jasmine same as Cindy forgot she is now running a bar.

@NowNumber5 ISTR Max went out one door when Cindy came in the other, she knew he was there but missed seeing him. Unless I hallucinated that!

I remember Max driving off like Lewis Hamilton from the square because Stacey had decided to go to Brazil after all. I don’t remember Cindy being around, but according to the interview today on radio 2 , Cindy and Max have never met on screen.
They will soon though and she’ll blame him for Steven’s death ( someone everyone else there has forgotten about )

Yes Max did disappear quick! Cindy will have a go about Steven's death (as you say noone ever mentions poor old Steven!). And does she actually know he was shagging Lucy? She might be a bit annoyed about that too.

Will Max mention Abi who is around 6 now or something ? I think Oscar did once as she lives with Tanya, but not sure.

I’m sure that Ian ( who hasn’t paid the charity money promised by him ) will tell Cindy that Max was with Lucy once. He’ll probably love all the max hate he’ll get from the Beales!
