So we are going to be stuck with Zoe, Anthony, and Jasmine

Yes. What a huge shocker that was revealed today about Jasmine. There was no suspense up until that last scene because it had been obvious for ages as soon as a woman of mixed heritage rocked up, looking about 19, was Zoe's long lost daughter.

A poor episode other than the fun scenes of the launch of Elaine's hotel.

It was obvious but not when they went down the Ford route, now none of it makes any sense. I've no idea why the tv mags were saying Jasmine's "connection to the Ford crime family is revealed" when there is no connection

Oh yay.

It was a crappy red herring to divert us from the oh so mysterious birth mother story. Now I’m thinking it’s the son who’s stalking Zoe and he’s in cahoots with Jasmine.

Yes, good job we weren't holding our breath for a real shocker.

Even JackandJack could've solved this one if he furrowed his brows hard enough...

That's exactly what the mags meant - connection to the Fords revealed: none.

Jasmine is such a terrible actress. It really shows up when she is in a scene with Oscar who is so effortlessly natural.

I don’t think Ian has the money, although I don't know why he'd struggle to access such a small amount.

Lovely scene with Jean and Kat - at last Jessie has a scene with someone who can act! She is usually stuck with Zoe, Alfie and Dr Evil.

MySon is finally back on Zoe’s horizon.

The peacocks stuff was embarrassing apart from Oscar’s line. He can really deliver a line. Unlike Elaine who just hams it up. Lovely to finally see Linda though.

No member of staff would illegally access medical records as a favour, even for Dr Evil. She'll be found out and it's a criminal offence.

Was anyone in the entire country surprised Jasmine is MyDaughter? It was obvious the moment she turned up. What isn't obvious is why she lurked around for months without even bothering to speak to Zoe. Absolute nonsense.

I'm just left confused, what was the fruit basket all about? Why does Jasmine need Oscars help? Why did the adoptive mum meet Cindy, and lauren, but not visit Jasmine in hospital?
It's so annoying that we've basically watched nonsense for months, I could have not watched for 6 months and not missed a thing. That's 60 hours of my life wasted. Now we've got the dread of knowing we are stuck with another boring lot.
Even Linda couldn't help make that episode watchable, she's been on the worlds most unrealistic cruise, that would have cost an absolute fortune, and she's got the cheek to ask E-Laine to show her receipt for a b&m peacock

I couldn’t get the subtitles up today on I player ( not sure why) but who was Jasmine speaking to on the phone before the police showed up?
Maybe jasmine’s brother is the link to the Fords ?
It is all hokum , Jasmine was working across the square from Zoe at one stage in the Albert and everyone knows everyone else so she would have heard Zoe’s name at some stage ( if any of this was real )
It feels very rushed now, as if the writers or producer have read things around how fed up people are about this and now want something to happen!
Dr Evil getting that woman to find out things .. she is just being manipulated:(

Oscar is a natural isn’t he! I hope he is able to stay as I do like him. Linda was out of order, but that Peacock palace is awful . Straight out the 70s ..

The fruit basket was probably from Jasmines brother? Maybe
Jasmine’s mum forgot to tell Cindy and Lauren that she was adopted , but that she was trouble.

However much we try to make it make sense, it's not going to. Jasmine asking Oscar to 'help her' seemed to be her asking him to get his family to accept her so she could be with him.

I assume Jasmine is the stalker. And on xmas day Dr Evil will reveal Jasmine's identity to Zoe. And we will be stuck with the show's three worst actors interminably stropping.

I am also not sure how a press photo of Zoe allowed Jasmine to realise she was her mother. All the hospital/social services knew about Zoe was literally her first name.

Someone else may behind Jasmine , wanting revenge on Zoe? Although at least we now know that Anthony can’t be behind the stalking .. ?.. maybe?
It’s sad they couldnt find a better actress to play Jasmine. Oakie’s sister was good and Oscar is a natural, so young talented actors do exist.
We now have the prospect of a big slater show down with Antnee, Jasmine and Zoe 🙄
Hopefully Jasmine will leave in the new year.

I was disappointed to see Linda so riled.
She must have wasted thousands on that cruise.
I hope the other bedrooms in the boutique b and b are less tacky and more functional, although I bet we don’t see any other rooms! .. lol

Another bit of terrible pacing is Linda and Max arriving in the same week. It is about as subtle as an axe. They are going to have a storyline together (Annie) so let's have them turn up within two days of each other. Just like we had the mentions of MySon and then Jasmine was on the doorstep.

I can't imagine there would be that many rooms left in Peacock Palace once L and the kids, plus Johnny Sausage and 'E'Laine have been housed, but what do I know 🤷‍♀️

Jean is such a good actress though. Her scene with Kat and Lily was good. As much as I find her actual character annoying, there is no denying she’s one of the better actresses around.
Glad that Harry saw sense today.

Johnny has moved in , so that’s five of them with E as owner. Is she still working in the Albert too?
How many other bedrooms does it have?
Who is going to stay there ? Maybe max ? Now, that would be funny , but Linda Carter would say no !

We also have this fire starting tomorrow, so the crowd that live in Dot’s old place will also need a place to live too.

I hope so though, and that he comes back as he was before the awful drugs storyline.
I also hope Okie's sister Deija stays.

My heart was breaking for poor Lily.
I liked the Jean and Kat scenes too.
I wish Martin was around in Stacey's absence.

One story said the fire would gut the house but another made it sound fairly minor.

(I just googled to see if there were any useful pics and found a story at the exact same time last year, where Lauren set fire to the house by knocking over a candle! I think Peter ended up in hospital.)

Nic must have very deep pockets to pay for Harry's rehab (and he or someone he knows would have to pay for his treatment).

Oh yes. Lauren accidentally started a fire last year. It’s a yearly annual event now isn’t it ! Lol
Not to mention the Vic being blown up in Feb.
Really hated the Peacock palace interior.
Headache inducing !
