Jean was so vile to Zoe.
Im glad that Ian has paid the charity, but I can’t see this an end to it as Pet ah doesn’t know.

You’d have thought that Zoe would gave taken the lights down ( or Kat or Alfie)

Apparently Jean is only responsible for the lights incident and is not the actual stalker so more to come unfortunately...

That’s when linda and max can take it over.

Jean was unbearable today. I know she isn’t well, but all this isn’t Zoe’s fault entirely and Fred going isn’t because of her

Who was L with once and it looked natural running it together? can’t remember and then Elaine sold it on to Kat. It’s bugging me as she looked so happy , but then it all went wrong with E and George.
Elaine looks so skinny now ! She looks well

I think Linda suits Alfie, more than she would suit Max. I also prefer Kat with Phil.
As Howie is on his way out, maybe Kim will be available for Max, Phil, or Ian 😅 There's quite a few bachelors on the square.
The stalker is boring.
I'm pleased Ian has done the right thing, we can delay the toilet flushing for now.

Ian’s head down the loo was funny though.

Alfie said today to Howie he had been married five times. Three times Kat. Who were the other two ?

according to wiki, Alfie was married to a Liza once ( 2003) and Roxy and Kat 3 times. Don’t remember Liza moon at all tbh.

I preferred kat with Phil! She deserves to relax in life, not be worrying about money with Alfie

I dunno...it was ambiguously written. Could be interpreted that she was only 'fessing up to the lights incident, or the whole thing? I just want this story done and dusted by Christmas!

Jean is being so evil. I like her, but this story is getting me down a bit. She went on and on today.

It's all ridiculous, why was Stacey upset about Max visiting for half an hour. When did they even last sleep together? 20 years ago? It was just to facilitate her leave, the whole thing wasn't believable. Jean was never a good mum to Stacey, she's done more to Stacey than Zoe ever could. Jean has totally got her priorities mixed up. They've had to do this though to fill where others have left. I think once they have a stable cast then all these weird plots will end

It must be hard writing out characters realistically sometimes. They could have said Stacey was going to Spain or some where a little bit closer to home then Jean could have gone over to visit.
Maybe they will do a crowd funder for her and she can go over to Brazil for a month in January!

Nothing makes sense. It would be quite tricky to source lights that read 'Die'. How would Jean find time to source them (and know where to get them, rig them up etc plus the money for them) when she has been completely snowed under.

We finally see Giant Baby Pearl all grown up! Who looked after her and Micah when the entire Trueman family decamped to Harry's bar? No mention of Chelsea missing her Aunty Kim's engagement. Dee and Jack are on holiday , presumably with Raymond - another child who just misses school.

What does Antnee want with Penny's number?? A number he would already have access to via her records at the surgery..

I imagine Antnee wants to find out more about the ring which Penny told him had gone missing in the post. He saw Howie trying to to block Penny’s view during the proposal and is suspicious about the provenance of Kim’s engagement ring. He’s getting Penny’s number from the receptionist at the GP surgery.

I love how the big tree went up in no time at all.
Agree that people being missing is getting silly.

Elaine can’t be skint as she has paid for L to go on this long cruise yet is opening up her boutique hotel as well! Did selling the Vic really make them multi millionaires that easily ? must have done.
Pearl goes to a posh school , maybe now Kim will have to send her to the not so posh one especially now the current government have upped the fees with the VAT. I know she gets a grant , but Kim is now unemployed and Howie is a thief. Not much hope for her or Mica.

Would the GP receptionist be able to give out numbers like that over the phone? I think not , plus the surgery looked empty , no sign of other people or a receptionist at all !
