Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

I mostly loved Chris Clenshaw's reign.

The worst was Sean O'Connor. He had a storyline about bins, and that wasn't even the worst thing he did 😄

The baby swap was awful too. That was Bryan Kirkwood, who was previously a producer at Hollyoaks. As was the current producer, which explains a LOT.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 14:04

Pet ah and Lauren won’t survive this.
The charity lady will show up again and quiz him about the money whilst Lauren is out . He’ll do confused Peter and chuck Lauren out.
she’ll spiral and go back on the drugs and become friends with Harry who is already hooked again and they will disrupt Nigel’s film.
( this is all made up btw )

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 14:07

The bin story was a lot more interesting than Zoe and the cat and missing earrings! At least it was about local matters ..

I do wonder if Anthony is zoe's stalker

This is my theory.

cramptramp · 28/11/2025 15:59

Annonymiss123 · 28/11/2025 15:27

This is my theory.

I thought that, but surely being stalked might encourage her to leave the Square and he wants her around. For some reason.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 16:22

Next week she ends up living with Antnee after another strange episode, so maybe this is the actual reason he is doing it ? She must be hard up to live with him, but she can’t stay with Jean and nobody else is around with any room. Maybe Elaine, although her renovations are taking a while to finish and it would cost money she doesn’t have

Shellingbynight · 28/11/2025 16:33

Yes I think he's trying to make her dependent on him. She said (before she shagged him) that she felt safe with him. After she rejected him he would ramp up the torment so she has to ask for his help.

It would be surprising though if it is not also connected to the fact he has found out he's the father of her twins. He did ask her outright and she denied it, if she knows that's a lie it would certainly antagonise him.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 16:36

Shelling. He is unraveling isn’t he;(
Maybe he’ll try and kill her.

Meredusoleil · 28/11/2025 16:38

I think Anthony has developed some kind of unhealthy obsession with Zoe and is trying to make her desperate enough not to see sense whilst he acts as her saviour!

HighburyHope · 28/11/2025 16:39

I do think Ian should have offered a loan of the money so that the charity can be paid out promptly - on condition that Peter was told. Lauren has made plenty of mistakes but I’d have forgiven her this one. I may be biased by the fact that my elderly mum has recently been ripped off by a courier fraud and I so hate the bastards who prey on the vulnerable!

Southeastdweller · 28/11/2025 13:52

After more than 40 years, I still generally enjoy it; there’s enough good stuff to keep me going, but I suspect it’s hey day has long gone. I like the shift to on demand viewing so I enjoy watching it in the morning four days a week alongside a cuppa! I can’t see me ever giving up like I did with Corrie.

I too gave up Corrie ( years ago ) enders is my only soap.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 16:46

My elderly parents fell foul of a ‘ con man’ who stole a lot of money under their nose years ago.
These days it’s more to do with tech and so on, but they are still con artists and good at it.
its just sad that Lauren didn’t listen enough to leave it alone and it’s the children missing out on charity money. She should have gone to see the charity and asked some advice from them as it is a specialist one.
Still we now have the prospect of Lauren all miserable and Ian doing his ‘ I told you so ‘ face ( which is what I’m doing too I know! )

Fingers crossed he succeeds!😂

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 16:53

Shelling yep ! We may be rid of Zoe soon.
( Kat will be upset and get a big photo of her to go next to Lola’s one. )

Anyonecanfallinlove · 28/11/2025 16:54

Ian should have most definitely helped Lauren. You can't use I told you so in this situation. Yes she should have listened, but emotions are high when you feel there's hope. Helping her now isn't for her sake, it's for his son and grandchildren. I hope Phil flushes Ian's head down the loo again, it's been decades, so time for another go

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:06

Ian is a smug one. I agree that leaving her to it is bad though. Most ( well, a few ) g/ parents would help out , especially as it’s charity money etc.
He is giving away free fish , he can afford it. lol

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:19

Highbury hope
sorry about your parents :(
Those who prey on people like that are utter scum bags.

WinterBerry40 · 28/11/2025 17:24

For one moment last night I thought Ian was going to offer to give Lauren the money if she agreed to be ' extra,' nice to him !
We are know he can be sleazy so I wondered if he would try it on with Lauren !

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:29

🤢
I wouldn’t put it past Beale tbh, but maybe he thought better of it. Cindy and him are funny though.
some humor is good sometimes and I love how she rolls her eyes at him !

gingercat02 · 28/11/2025 17:30

Ian has always been a weasel even as a teenager, and mean with his money.
I really thought they might kiss 🤮 but for all his faults and unexplained success with women they are usually his own age.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:33

Beale is a snake, but I agree his choice of woman are mostly his age and it’s all consensual. Jane adored him, Dee nearly married him and even Mel liked him once.
Laura was a sad case, but he was just evil then rather than sleazy. Mandy was just bizarre .

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:46

Beale’s top and jacket looked so grubby.
At least junior always looked like a man who would smell nice and smart.
I saw Gina’s flying jacket in m and s in the week. It looks good on her, but wouldn’t suit me at all.

the80sweregreat · 28/11/2025 17:53

In real life, if you stole charity money for your own ends would you get a sentence or a custodial one or a community service? Would the police see it as a civil matter and the charity have to sue her or take her to court?

You're all forgetting how Ian used Janine when she was selling herself
