Maybe, I think a newspaper is on the verge of a reveal though so they might have lawyers involved.

pees me off. Presumably this person had a career before Strictly for them to have been invited onto it, and more than likely has had one since.. but even the BBC themselves feel the need to slap 'Strictly Star' across it like that is the only relevant thing in their entire career, while continuing to Malign Strictly like they're in someway responsible for it.

Last i checked i don't believe people who have been on strictly are made to sign some kind of lifelong 'good behaviour' contract.

It might be a professional. Although I do agree "strictly star" is so flippant and dismissive almost of the seriousness of the situation.

The Sun reported that a man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested in October over an alleged incident last year. The alleged victim was not a contestant or professional dancer, the paper said.
Another male star of the BBC show was arrested in August on suspicion of rape. The man in his 30s, who has not been named, was detained over a separate alleged offence of “non-consensual intimate image abuse”.

sounds like two different people.

They said the accused rapist was not a contestant, but someone on the show. That could be almost anyone

IIRC, Scarlett has some ballroom and latin dance training so she might be good.

I say get Ashley Banjo on that Christmas Special. It's only a bit of fun so his head start wouldn't really matter.

Scarlett has actually competed in ballroom and Latin so she should look like a pro herself.

I guess people are not fussy about ri gers with the Christmas version.

She is nice enough but she worked on Saturday night takeaway and she wasn't great at presenting live tbh I don't think she would be able to hold everything together for over 2 hours.

I saw Scarlett doing an Aldi advert earlier tonight and she was dreadful. So wooden.

I read Digital Spy earlier and someone was saying that the first arrest being reported was probably an indirect request to the public for other potential victims or witnesses to come forward so the case wasn’t a case of one person’s word against another’s. That sounds plausible. But now there is another alleged victim and the second arrest seems to be a different person to the first arrest from the way both the BBC and the DM are reporting the cases.
