I actually thought she was being honest when she said she couldn’t answer.

Her point was they got on well and she obvs fancied him, but she hadn’t yet got to know him well enough to decide if she’d want a relationship. Wise to be wary, as it turned out.

She seems pretty fickle and impulsive, goes where the fancy takes her. So, also perhaps hard for her to say what she’d want from one day to the next. Nothing wrong with that, as long as you don’t disrespect anyone, including yourself.

But, appears she fell for Joe’s sweet-talking to get a holiday shag in the same way Maeve did, thus disrespecting both Maeve (who was still hurt after being love-bombed, strung along, then dumped) and herself (because she thought she was different but got played too).

She was also disrespected by Steven, who lied he’d DMed her and then (when she produced receipts) said it was only to spite Nelly (i.e. he ‘used’ JR to be nasty to another woman).

Joe should have been made to come.

Yes, I do think she fell for Joe but now can't admit it because she knows he did a runner. She doesn't like looking like a loser and it was what Maeve was aiming for from the challenge I feel.

I do think she has had some harsh lessons here she likely hasn't had to face before; letting herself be used to hurt another woman wasn't the plan as I think she likes to think she is in control, but probably is realising it's always the men in these situations that get the cake and eat it. Women always get dragged through the mud. It's not fair but you play silly games and you win silly prizes.

I really hope she is OK after this though. She was thoughtless and hurt people but as we keep saying, she showed up and faced the music. I thought it was telling when she made the first move to go over to Nelly and Ratboy jumped and was like "oh are we going over there then, to er, get a drink?" - he had no intention of going near her but had to stick behind JR because he is a coward.

I don’t think what JR did was nice at all, however for Joe and Maeve the experiment was over he was a free agent.

Maeve needs to deal with her feelings of rejection and jealousy instead of going all fish wife every time she sees JR. last night felt very much like bullying and I hope someone put a stop to that. Maeve is as rough as a badger arse and I can see why she’s single. No control over herself at all.

Well I managed to watch each of the final vows shows in less than 15 mins thanks to the power of fast forward and missing all the regurge. Just caught up on last night whilst doing a read along with the posts - the thread count is definitely NOT due to this being such a great show, it's you lot, you are bloody great 😂 I don't think I've got anything to add that hasn't already been said but just to type out loud...

Why did Anita think this process wouldn’t give her a timewaster? Never watched it before love? The way she behaved when he arrived was like he had kept her in a basement...somewhat over dramatic and totally unrealistic. The process does not guarantee someone ready for a life time of commitment, in fact last few years it's guaranteed you a f'up of a person with multiple issues.

Petition to C4 or E4 to have this group instead of the ixpurts. We will choose amongst ourselves which 3 go to each commitment ceremony and we won't just watch the dinner parties. And we will challenge poor behaviour and send them to their own bed with no wine. And we will remind them that all publicity is not good publicity and they will still need to find work and partners after MAFS. Although that may be a bit of a non-worry as none of this lot are memorable.

Oh yes! We'd do a much better job. Maybe too good a job. There'd be no contestants left by week 3 as we'd have sent them all home.
