Is it too early for a Christmas film thread?

A sick dc means I've been up since 5.30am so I just gave up and got up and decided to break the Christmas movie seal!

It was actually pretty good and I'd recommend, a bit of a different twist which was good. Journey back to Christmas with Candace CB on My5.

I remember Journey Back to Christmas - where she 'crashes' her car in a non-existant pile of snow!

Mrs Miracle is my fave of the lesser known Christmas films.

My overall favourites are the ones everyone else is too mature to enjoy nowadays and have to find fault with - Love Actually and The Holiday.

I love Your Christmas or Mine and the sequel

I love a cheesy Christmas film and have just watched "haul out the holly" and "haul out the holly lit up" on Netflix. They were better than I expected and had a decent amount of nonsense, cookie decorating, mad jollity and love interest you could see coming from the opening credits. A good offering.

I am also a fan of the various netflix prince/knight/secret royalty films and their sequels.

The Holiday. I know it's shite, but I have to watch it every year.

Love Single all the way. And all the stuck in log cabin accidentally double booked with handsome stranger/home from big city to small hometown/ must save family home type nonsense

I love a bit of Mrs Miracle too - they are on My5.
The Holiday is also a favourite.

Christmas with the Kranks is my go to.
But the (adult) DC have just put on Muppets Christmas Carol. And also recced Jingle All the Way.

A Castle for Christmas on Netflix. I watch it every year, it’s my favourite! But I also love all the Hallmark ones on C5, they make my Christmas.

My all time favourite is Deck the Halls. Watch it religiously every year.

Nativity is a close second. Jack Frost is also good.

Home for Christmas with Linda Hamilton. Plus anything with a Prince.

Bringing Christmas Home on Netflix. Two people brought together to trace the story of a WW2 army jacket (with obligatory love letter in the pocket).

Knight Before Christmas on Netflix. The guy that plays the knight can’t really act but he’s so pretty that it doesn’t matter.

I watched this last year. It was good.

I do like a Christmas romance with a bit of singing in it. Famous country singer returning to home town type of thing - i watched a few like this last Christmas.
