Am very excited for the final season of stranger things, I think it's been one of the best shows on Netflix.

Have just watched the trailer and I wondered if anyone else had any thoughts on it?

I think it's always hard to manage a collective group of actors but they've always paired well with each other.

Random thoughts:

Why does Dustin seem to be alone? That moment with Steve though.
I love Steve.
Eleven jumping was kind of an inevitability, not sure how much I'll enjoy it though.
Hopper is not David Harbour, I don't need to know about his personal life!
I'll be gutted if we don't get any Sadie Sink as Max.
Will...

I’ve just finished The Piggyback - I’d forgotten what a rollercoaster of emotions that episode is. I’m not sure I’m emotionally ready for S5!
Is anyone staying up tonight? Even just for the first episode?

Does it drop at midnight? Hasn’t considered staying up, im now tempted 🙈😂

I have been of poorly from work and had only ever see season 1 so decided to binge watch them. Seasons 2 &3 I found a little dull but oh boy 4 was amazing. My weekend is all sorted I have a comfy sofa waiting for me can't wait.

I’m not staying up, but I have a clear day tomorrow to catch up.

It’s 7.25pm here and we are literally counting the minutes.
Have the pizza waiting and ice cream in the freezer and a bottle of wine.

So deliberately haven’t read thread since my last bookmark as we aren’t watching episode 2 until this evening (ordering 5. Guys in as a treat, RIP Benny) as want to avoid spoilers but will check in with you all soon.

OMG just watched the first 2 - amazing! I love all the 80s references so much - pure nostalgia and makes me so happy, whilst also completely traumatised!

Just finished all 4. Holy fuckin hell! The ending!!!!! Absolutely unreal. Can't believe we need to wait until Boxing Day now 😩

2 down so far - I’m missing the humour, there’s moments but it’s so dark and serious!

I ended up watching the first three and then watched 4 on an extended lunch break 🤣 early night for me. They were really good! Looking forward to the next ones, I'll probably rewatch before Xmas 🙂

I genuinely don’t think I’ve watched a series so brilliant.

the 80s nostalgia. The story line. The directing. It’s amazing. A real journey and experience. Whole families enjoying it.

I has chills watching the new trailer, I think the ending is going to be a jaw dropper for sure.
