Is it just me but everytime Julie is in a scene I get confused that I’m watching Emmerdale. Her vibe is so Emmerdale

Today’s episode was a bit frustrating. I can’t believe nobody saw anything and ( again) probably no cctv !
Julie wanting to take the blame , the fact that she didn’t ring 999 ( even if Nigel said she thought that Jasmine had , she should have double checked this )
Jumpers being suspicious of the Harry : Kojo thing, but Billy talking him out of it because two men visiting castles and being away so long together is normal behaviour when they should be at work while Phil is away ! So many things wrong with the writing / plots lately , although I did like Zoe with Tommy
Tim is fraudulent too I bet :(

I don't know if I buy Julie covering up the crime, she's so switched on usually. But maybe this is a plot device to lead up to her exit? It's inevitable her and Nigel will be found out.

I liked Tim - he's different to the rest of the characters.

Walford is definitely the place to go if you want to commit a crime. There's no CCTV and even if you're found out, Jack&Jack will cover it up.🙄

The writing is terrible at the moment, characters behaving in completely daft ways just to suit the plot.

Nah, Tim is out for revenge or something! He mentioned something today about Johnny at Uni which gave me red flags.
Hope I’m wrong , but he is after money I bet..

George was phoning it in today wasn’t he! Oh, so my daughter is on the floor and hit by a very distinctive car that belongs to Nigel who has dementia, but hey ho.
It all felt so slow today , like the actors have given up almost .

How did Jasmine tell them she didn’t want her mum there ? I have never been run over by a car ( thank goodness) but their injuries seemed more ‘ car crash on a busy A road or motorway’ than someone just turning a bend not going that fast, but probably it’s the impact on them rather than the speed ?
Jasmine is having a blood transfusion then, this has to be significant for plot purposes and why Gina is involved too !

Just rewatched the start

nigel touches Jasmine after her phone dies and she shouts out and rolls over on to her back.
she says
I can’t die like this
She ruined everything
She needs to pay for what she did

Definitely Cindy she’s stalking

I suddenly thought Cindy must be jasmines mum, then came in here to see that others have suggested it already! Is George her dad, then??

I think he is her dad, yes. Unless I missed something, I don’t think there was a logical reason why he was visiting Jasmine today? Colin Salmon hasn’t been featured for a while, so I think this is leading up to George being her dad.

Yeah, Jasmine is definitely after Cindy I think.
Strange thing to say after you’ve been hit by an old classic car !

It could make sense (EastEnders Sense) if George is her father. It would not make sense if Cindy is her mother. Jasmine has shown no interest in George, and I can't see the point of any of it.

I still think that Jasmine is a Ford. The sentence she uttered may be about Jackie Ford who Cindy ‘ grassed ‘ up in prison? Only me guessing though

Yes, why wasn’t George in Gina’s room ( his actual daughter) ? I suppose it may be to check on Oscar too, but it was odd. I hope Cindy isn’t her mum, it’s beyond ridiculous if this is the case.

Today’s episode was absolute twaddle and it moved at a snail's pace.

Why has Johnny suddenly not got any money to pay for a drink, he would surely have savings, or at least his last paycheck. Tim is oily, I get the impression he really likes Johnny. He'll offer him money but want something in return.

When George found Gina laying in the road, he looked about as bothered as I am 😂 I feel sorry for Colin Salmon, he has had such dreadful disconnected scenes the last few months.

Nigel sold the car earlier in the day, is Julie going to say she stole it from Lauren to go driving around in the dark for no apparent reason, then hit two of her neighbours and ran off?

George was possibly doing the neighbourly thing and checking on the girl that was (tapped by a vintage car doing 5mph) with his daughter. I'm still not sure how both girls were injured, and sent in opposite directions, Nigel had practically stopped before reaching them.
It is unbelievably stupid writing, who is signing these scripts off? I wonder how long the new producers contract is?
George may aswell leave, he is useless, they changed his character for the selling of the Vic plot.
Is Tim possibly connected to Ben? I don't really care, and I don't trust ee to come up with anything believable or interesting. Maybe Tim is just to facilitate another leave of absence for Johnny. It seems the writing recently is just to give the actors their leave/holiday allowance, it's one long conveyor belt of absence, it shouldn't be this obvious.

I remember Jasmine pushed Gina out of the way when she saw Nigel's car approaching. So Gina shouldn't be injured at all really! Only Jasmine actually got hit by the car 🤦‍♀️

It was very slowww wasn’t it! At least Jean didn’t buy into Julie’s story around the accident.
I have resd that Zo drops a bombshell on the slaters and Kat tells the pub at the quiz.. all sounds a typical slater night out at the pub !

What I meant was, Jean sussed out that Julie wasn’t entirely honest about what happened!

Yes that's right Jasmine pushed Gina! Oh its ridiculous then that Gina was unconscious from a push. Then she laid in the road with blankets saying "i'm scared dad"

Posh Tim may be a Ben set up! Good call.
Johnny does know him , but Ben may have stalked Johnny’s socials and paid Tim off to drive a wedge between him and Callum. Johnny losing his job has been a god send too and Tim is meant be a hot shot business man from ‘ San Fro ‘ ! ( that did make me laugh !) Probably will rip him off somehow and Ben walks back into their lives a free man.

Or was it ‘ San Fran ‘ or something he said?
