I was nearly bit by a dog that I didn’t even approach when I was there last time. She’s lucky she didn’t get rabies.

I think him not wanting to go the hospital with her, or going reluctantly kind of shows he doesn't even like her in a non-romantic way. If that was me abroad with one of my platonic male friends and I had to get hospital treatment they’d come with me in a heartbeat.

Go somewhere decent, ie not a piss up at your house. It’s. Not meant to be noticeable and isn’t if done properly. You need someone fairly expensive with a medical qualification
