Honestly as someone who has an autistic nephew, I find it deeply offensive. My nephew is 10 and has more emotional intelligence than Paul.

Basically Paul and Dean are extremely unattractive men who would not get partners out in the wild. I don't mean physically, I just mean that women would be bodyswerving both of them. They are not attractive to others at all, but the women are then blamed for not liking them when pretty much 99% of the female population would come to the same conclusion (and have! Paul's own daughter basically said he's a dick).
