And surely he would have used that in his defence to the experts.

I don’t think it sounds like Grace either and she is the one asking MAFS to show that whole segment rather than the ‘sanitised’ version. Plus with her going on about self reflection etc I think she would have said if she had done it first to preempt Ash if that makes sense?

FirstCuppa · 09/11/2025 10:07

It just doesn't sound very Grace? Like he is the big lad about town who thought it was funny and had done it before, while she was clearly upset it had happened to her multiple times, so why would someone (let alone someone working in mental health) do this to someone else?

She doesn’t work in mental health. She’s a midwife. And bloody hard work.

But he may have done? There may have been more to the conversation that was cut out by production.

They didn’t exactly go in hard on him about it did they?

That’s why I’m unsure what to believe and therefore reserving judgment for the moment.

Grace has been all over social media slating Ashley, the show, the production team etc to anyone who will listen.

Ashley meanwhile hasn’t said anything negative about Grace.

So that makes me raise a quizzical eyebrow too 🤨

The same Grace did a video on TikTok laughing about how she was in the loo with Nelly & Keye and the camera crew came in and Keye stood in front of her so her vagina wasn’t on tv. Then goes to say how she was ‘made for reality tv’.

So it’s funny having a man in the toilet with you and having the camera crew film you on the loo, but Ash upset you when he came in?

Like I said I’m reserving judgement for now.

Here’s the TikTok video of Grace if anyone wants to see it: vm.tiktok.com/ZNdw3spg1/

This is irrelevant. That doesn’t justify Ash picking the lock and going in when she was saying no.

It’s not ‘irrelevant’. It’s in response to another poster saying they didn’t see Grace being a certain way.

And this video shows that she wasn’t upset about another similar breach of privacy in the toilet incident and laughed that off. That makes it very relevant.

Especially if the story about her picking the lock with a knife first, when Ashley was in the bathroom is true.

He is a master manipulator, does all the bad stuff privately, gets everyone on side by telling them his story publicly slightly twisting the story and minimising it, then when the other person breaks, tells the truth and slags them off, they go quiet to play the victim and try to make the other person look bad for talking about personal things. I’ve seen too many men do this. He’s a bad man.

If you believe that, you believe anything. Grace said she said no. No means no. Regardless, Ashley was a huge red flag before that anyway.

And you are entitled to that opinion.

ACatAndHerRoboVac · 09/11/2025 15:58

And it’s the sister of Ash that has said Grace did it first, not Graces sister. Funny that.

Listen. I haven’t come here to argue with you.

I simply posted some stuff I’d heard, what with it being a spoiler thread.

I don’t know exactly what’s true and what isn’t. So I don’t know what to believe. Therefore I reserve full judgment until more facts are available.

Go argue and be patronising to someone else. I can’t be arsed with it over a reality tv show.

Yes, it was definitely Ash’s sister who said Grace did it first. This has not come from Graces camp and I don’t believe it. This is an example of how little details get changed along the way by people who want to make Ash look like the good one and Grace look like the bad one. It completely changes it to say that it’s from Graces people when it wasn’t.

Phelicity · 09/11/2025 18:45

Having watched Grace’s TikTok video, it’s clear she’s not a shrinking violet or a stickler for privacy.

Grace can agree to one ~gay~ man coming into a toilet with her and laugh about it. She is entitled to ask another man to stop trying to get into a toilet with her.
She doesn’t have to be a shrinking violet or a stickler for privacy - but when she says no, she means no. Ash’s comment of ‘she didn’t shout’ is creepy as well. A woman shouldn’t have to shout no in order for a man to stop.
Are we really having to have this conversation in 2025?! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Do you not realise that this argument has been used against women forevermore? Especially in relation to sexual violence.

JFC 🙄

👏 Well said. It so frustrating reading comments like that.

Choosing to go to a toilet with others is very different to having someone force their way into a toilet when you’re saying no. Laughing something off is something females are trained to do from before puberty, but she was clearly saying she said no to the camera team being in there. Hopefully they didn’t pick the lock though like creepy Ashley.

FirstCuppa · 09/11/2025 20:10

I see the anti-consent protesters are out in force! Wow, like being in the Dark Ages again "shrinking violets are marriage material, loud women must be whores" mentality. No mention that Ash has a kid out of wedlock though?

They’ll be asking what Grace was wearing next just in case she was leading him on by showing a shoulder or an ankle 🤦🏽‍♀️
I hope these posters don’t have kids

She's a midwife who also specialises in MH for new and expectant mothers.

You say hard work, some say has standards.

I haven’t said that?

I merely listed some info and a video that made me question a few things and made me reserve judgment because we don’t know the full story. It’s he said, she said.

Questioning a story doesn’t make someone ‘anti consent’. It just means some people don’t jump in believing one side only, and we feel we need further evidence to make a more informed decision.

I’m on neither side. I’ve seen what’s presented on tv, and then heard things outside of the experiment. And therefore I can’t quite make a judgement bass on what I’ve seen and heard.

There is nothing wrong with being unsure.

Phelicity · 09/11/2025 23:20

I’ve listened to Grace’s own words, in her own video, which I think show a side of Grace we haven’t seen in the footage on MAFS, and given that so many people have made up their minds about her relationship with Ash, it seems fair to add this to what people think they know.

As I’ve said before, I’m reserving judgement as I have no way of knowing what really went on between them.

Charredtea · 11/11/2025 21:24

You have made a classic case of whataboutery.
You haven’t ’merely said’ anything.

you have used a completely different example to justify not believing her story.
The only similar thing in the example is that she was in the loo in both stories.

its no different to saying she consented to something with one person and then complained when she was forced to accept something similar with someone else .

Firstly I never said I didn’t believe her story.

I said the stuff I’d heard made me question what we’d been shown. And therefore I was reserving judgment.

Reserving judgment means you’re not taking either side because the facts aren’t 100% clear.

Secondly, she didn’t consent to the camera crew coming into the loo. In the same way she didn’t consent to Ashley coming into the loo. If Ashley was in the wrong, then so were the camera crew
