I hope she does more than rub backs as a midwife. I suppose she’s wearing gloves though.

Having given birth twice, I found them all very hands off. Best midwife was the trainee who spotted DC1 was in distress and sent up the rockets. She was lovely - came in to see me the next day to see DS on her day off. She was a mum herself, so knew the ropes.
