I thought Karen and Jimmy were brilliant, was not expecting either of them to be so good. Amber did amazingly well considering the time she had to get ready! Ellie was fabulous. I have a DD who has Down syndrome so Ellie has full support in our house! She has said this morning she was tired after a long day, hopefully they put some adaptations in place going forward to help her with this.

I really enjoyed the show last night the opening dance was good i love swishy Ballroom dresses so was in my element, every one did really well the judges were calm and not over marking like they have done previously on week 1, i watched everyone except Tom he gives me the absolute creeps im.not sure why.

Oh and Amber Davies well done 2 days to get ready 👏

@MostArdently I imagine they will - such a long programme to stand and watch! I think Ellie is fabulous too.
I really enjoyed the whole thing, it's such a feel-good show every year. I loved Karen at the end, such as surprise and so likeable. I thought Alex was really good too - I agree that she would have got better scores if she'd danced later on in the evening. Can't wait for next week.

I was also massively surprised how good Jimmy was, especially when I think of all the dud male footballer contestants. Schmichael anyone? 🤣

Well I did not expect Karen Carney to be good, but she bloody was!
Thought Balvinder and Alex would be better, liked mini Verne, Stefan, Jimmy, La Voix and Vicky
Hate Tom full stop and thankfully he can't dance.
Really felt for Ellie she looked very uncomfortable at times.
Amber, ringer but will probably grow on me

Just catching up and afaics it's always guess the tune or block the ears cos it is usually horrendous.

@chaosmaker yes I’m well aware! I meant she should be better at the job seeing as she’s been the lead host for so long now, since Bruce retired.
