The last time this happened was Jamie Laing who injured his knee in the launch show. Kelvin was their last minute replacement who stepped in to sance with Oti and won. Jamie then came back either the next year or the year after, was paired with Karen and made it to the semi finals I think?

I loathe football, and had no idea who Karen was, but she has an engaging personality and has brought one out in Carlos too. And the dancing was excellent.
