The ex local authority flats are quite a good size but I’d be worried about the leasehold issues in these blocks. Plus any anti social behaviour in the area. They’re flats that have hung around for a while.

The million pound house has dreadful neighbours. Obviously people living there who have no pride in their home. Being attached that would bother me.
