It was a boring episode wasn't it. My main takeaway was that Jack has a safe yet when he took the gun from Oscar he didn't bother to put the gun in it!

And also, there was nothing else in the safe. So does Jack just keep it for occasional stray guns? Phil's safe is always full of £££.

@Shellingbynight JackandJack and Ravi's faux "whispering" reeeeally got on my nerves!

And Zoe was just downright horrible.

Jack is painfully dense.

Jack definitely does not have the brainpower to be a detective. Even Denise is usually one step ahead of him.

Zoe really was horrible last night, I can't take much more of her anger and self pity. It's dragging Kat down too.

Dee is being a right hypocrite though!
It hasn't been 2 years since Keanu was turkey pronged, she can't have forgotten how JackandJack helped her with the cover up for that.
How are they all in and out of each other's houses in practically every episode!

I read that Julie is going to try and sort out Joel and had a totally bonkers thought that what if 'Cleo' is Claire Bates? Probably not but it's the sort of bonkers thing that could happen. Joel starts opening up about his mum who abandoned him, Julie realises it's her stepdaughter, chaos...

I think what Antnee said to Kat at the hospital, something like "if you need a second opinion or someone to look over her (Zoe's) records, just let me know" is going to be key in the revelation that he was/is the father of Zoe's twins
< cue flashback of a steamy encounter between them just before Zoe left the square >
But it's so weird he would be saying that to Kat, as Zoe is an adult herself so he would need her permission, surely - not Kat's!

Am I being an old grump but was all that hospital bed side buffoonery really necessary.

Can anyone talk me through the plot of Ravi / Jack ? Not seen it today, but yesterday’s one I wasn’t concentrating on it all!

80s it was quite annoying!

(Disclaimer - I haven't seen today's yet either.). Last night they spent the episode double crossing each other. Ravi insisted (rightly) the gun must be disposed of. Jack dithered about. The gun went in and out of that safe at least three times. Jack's oppo was suspicious because Jack was not keen on questioning Ravi who is an obvious suspect. So he told her he was trying to get Ravi onside as an informant (she didn't really buy that).

Then Ravi told oppo that his alibi is that he was with Jack. So Jack got cross and decided he was going to dob Ravi in.

Jack needs jailing for this, he is so corrupt and he was the one who pulled the trigger. But of course it won't happen.

I did see a safe opening and shutting ! I was thinking wtf 😳 but not invested enough to watch it again ! lol

Came on to see if anyone else spotted that Jack’s safe combo was 1234. Brilliant!

Jack is a major character so I can't see him going down for the shooting of zoe .
I was quite looking forward to a bit of comedy seeing Ravi and jack working together..I felt that had legs ,and could of given some good opportunities for interesting storylines
But now it's a war between the two
How predictable
Just as Ravi had told oki he was getting out

Zac hasn't been in it for a while or Ian come to think of it
How come Sharon gets to come and go as she pleases half way through storylines
I agree Zoe is back to replace Stacy
How will they rite Stacy out and leave the kids behind?
I guess jean and mo will look after them ,but Stacey wouldn't choose to leave her kids ...going to be interesting to see how that plays out ..and just as mx comes back
I expect similar story's between max and Zoe that there was between max and Stacey

Stacey will take the kids with her. I hope Ravi brings Jack down off his high horse. Not sure Denise is in with a chance anymore with Priya about.

Will Lily and Charlie stay behind? Or all of them going?

Whenever Jack and Jack is on screen all I hear is the benny hill theme tune

The suit Jack and Jack wears is like the one Von Trap wears in the sound of music only blue..I just keep seeing that character for some reason !
He is nice looking , but I have never liked him
My Dil met him once and said he was really lovely!

The ending with the tree was a bit Shawshank ! Only not money.
