I noticed the camera focused on the mug Indie put down and she said sheโ€™d put milk in the fridge so wonder if Cam will figure out Indie was there when Alan died

spiderlight · 31/05/2026 08:59

Ah yes - she'd said earlier that she was going to get some milk on her way back from somewhere (swimming?). Well spotted!

Littletreefrog · 31/05/2026 09:09

I don't know why she just left him after he passed away. Surely she could have rang it in and said she came back and found him dead. More suspicious to just leave.

Internaut · 31/05/2026 10:08

Did I miss something, or has the storyline about reporting Stevie's overdose mistake disappeared?

As far as I can tell Matty said it was him and Dylan decided not to report it. So it's just gone away.

daffodilandtulip · 31/05/2026 20:10

Oh good. Weโ€™re heading into another little focus on faith ๐Ÿ˜‘

OlderGlaswegianLivingInDevon · 31/05/2026 22:15

I can't stand Faith. with her little whiney voice. She can be very pathetic at times.

For someone who was apparently at one time going to University to become a Doctor, she totally overacted when her baby stopped breathing last week esp as baby was choking to begin with.

Blondeshavemorefun · 06/06/2026 15:30

Faiths face at end looks awful. Too much Botox ? I donโ€™t usually notice things like that

Dylanโ€™s childhood wasnt great and getting flashbacks

Shame the old man died but he wanted to go

nice matty is being nicer to Dylan now and he kept the jelly baby ๐Ÿ˜

hope the army story finishes soon. Or will be have another injured soldier in

did he not have any parents to care about him

and he needs to speak to the mum of the other injured soldier

a quickie at work Stevie and matty

glad Dylan didnโ€™t drink

Watch out if you watch on iplayer: "skip recap" also skips an important scene pre-intro.

Sui gets a line! Just one word, but I can't remember if we've ever heard her voice before.

spiderlight · 08/06/2026 13:24

That stretch of railings should have been in the credits - Flynn ran past them about six times, between looking for Rory and running back to Stevie! It reminded me of the time Faith was frantically trying to get to football practice to collect Luca in heavy traffic a few years back, and she drove past the same bike shop on Cathedral Road at least four times ๐Ÿ˜†

Tarkan · 08/06/2026 14:45

That sounds like the reason Flynn ran for most of that episode then. Just going in circles. ๐Ÿคฃ

I like how he apparently couldnโ€™t stay and tend to the young lad because the hospital was so busy but a few minutes later it was fine for him to go running out the door to look for him.

DH was also moaning that Flynnโ€™s back story said they were 17 and about to go to Afghanistan. DH joined the RAF when he was 16/17ish and he wasnโ€™t allowed to go anywhere until after he was 18.

Iโ€™m going to guess the Flynn/Stevie story is going to end up with Matty taking a swing at Flynn at some point soon. ๐Ÿฟ

WhatICallMyUsername · 08/06/2026 15:01

I thought so too @Tarkan as he was watching Stevie shut the blinds when she was in Flynnโ€™s office so already thinks something is going on!

LondonLady1980 · 08/06/2026 16:07

For some really strange reason I had a sick sense in my stomach when I was watching the end of that episode that Flynn was going to get killed.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/06/2026 21:26

late as usual

I didnโ€™t get the beginning of the lad covered in blood with police. Was that Rory ? Saying help me

and Rory looked rather bloody for a car accident tho glad heโ€™s alive

hopefully the Sargent will get his soon

silly of Marty to touch Stevie at work and cam saw

wasnโ€™t sure of ending as well. What it meant

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/06/2026 21:26

Was Flynn running to meet Stevie

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 12/06/2026 21:27

Why didnโ€™t he text her

OP posts:
purpleme12 · 12/06/2026 21:32

Flynn wanted to get it on with Stevie

LondonLady1980 · 12/06/2026 21:55

I was quite unimpressed how he just left the bar in the first place, leaving her there on her own on what seemed like a busy weekend night out with lots of people out drinking? Surely any decent guy would go to some lengths to make sure she got home safely? Be it sharing a taxi with her or making sure she got into a taxi on her own ok?

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/06/2026 21:57

Donโ€™t they reliese never shit on your own doorstep

aka donโ€™t romance at work

OP posts:
spiderlight · 13/06/2026 00:10

I thought the same, @LondonLady1980, especially so soon after Siobhan's rape.

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/06/2026 13:54

On tonight

spiderlight · 14/06/2026 07:17

Stevie is in it up to her neck now. I don't think Matty will thank Dylan for that.

spiderlight · 14/06/2026 07:44

Poor Rida though. She's such a lovely character and she really needs a friend at the moment.

LondonLady1980 · 14/06/2026 08:30

As much as Faith annoys me, I am so jealous of her hair!

Where do we think the Rash/anxious mum storyline is going? Romantic storyline? Or stalker storyline?

I still canโ€™t work out why Jodie is getting so overly invested in this storyline about the unsafe estate?

I felt sorry for Rida last night, sheโ€™s so lovely.

I was surprised Dylan reported Stevie actually as he must know itโ€™s going to massively jeopardise his relationship with Matty. I know he probably has a professional duty to report what happened but I got the impression he did it out of anger as opposed to professional reasons.

WhatICallMyUsername · 14/06/2026 08:39

As soon as the message from Flynn flashed up on Stevieโ€™s phone I said oh no Dylan has dropped them in it. Mattie is not going to forgive him for this! Definitely seemed Dylan had done it out of spite rather than professional reasons by the look he gave Stevie when she came out of the office
