Do you remember that new Clinical Lead that was in the department for a few months and everyone loved him? And he was really chunmy with Cam and it turned out they’d known each other in a previous work place (I think) and he’d basically groomed and sexually assaulted/raped Cam during that time?

Yes and in last night's episode Siobhan basically victim blamed Cam for that. When he said he understood (because of his previous abuse) and she said it was different because in her case she hadn't done anything wrong.

Kim is the worst character we have had for so long. She has no redeeming features whatsoever. I can’t work out how much of it characterisation and how much of it is that the actor just can’t act, but I find her scenes painful to watch and not for the reasons they’re presumably meant to be.

I questioned Matty's thinking at running after Kim to tell her you must never abandon a patient mid-treatmen (except to tell a fellow medic this?)

And it’s not inconceivable that the actor wants to pursue other work along with his dad. I fear Cam’s days are numbered.

I think it’s just too soon for Kim to have a big secret, she’s not been here long enough and we don’t care about her yet.
I did actually feel sorry for Indie though, annoying as she is.

Mental capability should be assessed as well as intelligence.

They have already done a few doctor suicides in the show due to stress and lack of confidence .... though possibly one of those might have been Holby ?

It hasn't been noted and registered. She hasn't told anyone, her former therapist (patient with the dislocated shoulder) even challenged her on not having disclosed her eating disorder. She lied that the therapist was a former lecturer.

I don't find Kim annoying, I think she's a great character.

He was a board member, not clinical lead if I remember correctly. Part of hospital management but not directly involved with the ED - just happened to keep popping in to see Cam. Jamie was his name I think?

Siobhan realises how dismissive she was of Cam, but too late to do anything about it. Cam, sitting in public with his girlfriend, can't outright tell Indie "I recoiled from you because I'm currently recalling how I was raped". Awful situation.
