I wonder if Stuart is still with Lainie ? I was re watching ‘Mum ‘ this week and she was in that playing a horrible character Carol. He was another one who started out bad and ended up not too bad.

Callum and Stuart were chalk and cheese.
Maybe he’ll beat up Ben for Callum once he starts on him over Johnny , which he is bound to do once he returns ( because Lexi will dob them in I bet)

When I saw the photo I thought 'Rainie' - woo! Such a good actress.
Then I saw it was just Stuart. I guess Tanya Franks is too busy.

It says he's back for a limited time, I suppose his only real link now is Callum.

Tanya is a good actress. She often plays the more abrasive characters really well. sad she isn’t returning too.

I just googled Tanya F. I either didn't know, or had forgotten, that she is now with Babs Windsor's widower, Scott.

Shelling, is she! They look an unlikely couple, but he is meant to be nice.

Hate hate hate this Avani storyline.
I imagine Ravi and Priya would have her straight down the clinic (after Ravi kills Joel) but it will be too late by the time they find out.
I can't imagine Joel would want anything to do with the baby, but I can't see his Dad being delighted with it being brought up by a grandmother

I think we are all thinking that Priya / Ravi would want her to have a termination, but Priya didn’t and she had her two young. Could be that they might not be on board with it , but I’d like to think that they would suggest that she did. They might not find out until it’s too late as it stands and with Suki putting her in this situation.
It is a dreadful storyline :(
I can never understand why they go for a drink in the pub when Ravi owns a restaurant that sells alcohol! They all tend to do this , it does baffle me ( and I know it’s for plot purposes lol)

Is Eve aware that Suki offered Avani money ?

The money hasn't been mentioned in Eve's presence.
But then again Avani is now doing out of the goodness of her heart, just 'to do a good thing' so presumably she will refuse the money🙄
This storyline makes no sense whatever.

@the80sweregreat Eastenders has done a fertility/surrogacy/teenage pregnancy storyline before, with Stuart, Rainie and Bernie.

I think Suki is religiously motivated. Her character has always been portrayed as being very religious but conflicted when her desires clash with her religious values. For example, when she thought she’d killed Ranveer. Some of her prejudices come from her interpretation of her religion as well, like her opposition to Jagz and Habiba being together. She is extremely manipulative, just like Nish was, but I guess the difference between her and Nish is that Nish was a narcissist whose primary motivation was his own self image while Suki generally thinks she has to be very hard to do what’s best for the person she is controlling (even though in both cases they deny other people autonomy, Suki actually does care about the people she manipulates in her own warped way while Nish only cared about himself). This is why she has taken decisions where she ended up alone in the past, something Nish would never do because he always needed someone to take care of him.

I also think there’s a lot of mileage in the George/Nic storyline due to all the connections:

Harry and Gina are good friends (and had a thing for each other)
Kojo and Harry are best mates
Gina and Kojo are of course uncle and niece
George and Phil (Harry’s uncle and boss) are also very good friends

There’s also the connection with the Nic/Ravi/Harry drug storyline and poor Kojo in the dark!

Cindy won’t be happy her George is seeing Nicola !
I bet Nic has a fling with Junior as well ..lol

Is Avani even pregnant? Has there been any other confirmation apart from the home pregnancy test? Don’t recall seeing any morning sickness mentioned. Obviously not always the case but ….

Will be interesting to see the 12 week scan this week.

Felt a bit sorry for him

Avani looks the picture of health ! Poor Eve looks poorly ( I know that the actress is in real life )
She is having doubts, but that is understandable. Most people would.

Also Eve has not been wearing eye make up. She looks very tired.,

I do feel sorry for Eve. She has put up with loads from Suki over the years and now she wants this baby ‘ to love ‘ no wonder she feels stressed out by it all. She doesn’t want children really.

Nic and Cindy are quite similar in that neither have female friends. They are both a "man's woman".

Where was this yard where Ross works? Can’t have been far away as they all got there in no time at all.
