You only ever see the kitchen and front room at Patrick’s place, but we did see a bedroom once, but it wasn’t seen again after the pastor killed himself as the scenes were Patrick and Yolande in their bedroom which looked to be downstairs.

Jack and Jack is fairly rich and so is Patrick, but only from bricks and mortar it seems.
Phil has his trusty safe , most of the women have businesses, Suki owns the slater house and the one they are in too. Although I am vague on their portfolio especially since Bernie took off with money of theirs and Ravi was suddenly broke and back to drug dealings , but he has the restaurant.
Business rates must be sky high in that area though.
I had the impression that Vinny and Suki owned more property too, but might be wrong. Sorry to go off on a tangent. The living arrangements and business deals are fascinating.

I don’t remember much about Anthony. Did he go out with Kat once, a doctor ? Or was that someone else?
I can’t recall his back ground much tbh.
Was Paul killed ? it’s all a bit vague

I think Anthony dated Kat but then moved onto Zoe, and then back to Kat as per EE rules 😉
He definitely was a doctor.
I do remember watching some of these episodes the first time round!

I do recall Kat thinking she was pregnant with Anthony’s child, but she either lost it or had a termination or it turned out she wasn’t in the end ? I remember her photo on a magazine guide ‘ Kats having kittens ‘ ! Lol

We rarely see the front of Patrick’s house, I had no idea it was so nice. I can’t imagine how Patrick afforded it, maybe his posh doctor son paid towards it.

Does Suki own the Slater house, or is it part of Avani and Nugget’s empire? I wonder if that storyline will be quietly dropped, it is meaningless now with Nish and Bernie gone.

Kat went out with Antnee (which is how I remember her pronouncing it) on and off, they were really badly matched. Then Zoe went out with him during one of their break ups. Kat got up the duff but miscarried. That magazine cover was probably the best thing about the storyline 😆

I wonder why they have brought him back ? Most people don’t remember him much and Paul was a better character/ actor etc. Mind you , the idea of Zoe moping around getting drunk and being sick and moaning. Enough of that with pe ta and Lauren sometimes.

Will Kat and Zo go wibbly at the knees when he returns?

It seems far too much of a coincidence that Zoe-with-a-terrible-secret and boring Antnee will be on the Square at the same time. She surely must have had his baby and abandoned it.

I imagine he's mainly back because of Zoe. Maybe they're going to rekindle their relationship? They were engaged at one point. Like him and Kat, they were a ridiculous and implausible couple.

Antnee's mother was really against the relationship with her precious Doctor son and Kat Slater who she viewed as a tarty , mouthy gold digger out to trap her boy when he should be marrying a 'naice' girl and visiting his mum every week .
(It later emerged that Antnee wasn't the angel he was portrayed as , he drove a car involved in a hit/run or a TWOK but Paul took the blame so his brother could go to University without a criminal record )

I remember Antnee's mum, Audrey, also turned out to be a hypocrite as she had cheated on Patrick and passed Paul off as being his.

Patrick never bought the BnB/No 20 Albert Square - Audrey bought it, Paul inherited it from her and then Patrick inherited it from Paul (as far as I remember).

Re the house the Panesars live in, I’m sure I read somewhere (Digital Spy maybe) that the Masoods own that property but the Panesars own the house the Slaters live in.

Oh yes, Paul had to do time because of Antnee! It’s coming back to me now ..

Back in the day people said ‘ taking and driving away !’
Taking without consent also makes sense too, I know a lot of terminology changes , but that’s how it was referred to in the 80s 😆 I think cars were easier to steal back then too.
Anyway, I remember now about Antnee doing time for his brother. I just think that I was always confused by Patrick and the Fox family dynamics with Denise and Kim too , not sure why but it wasn’t straight forwards.

I have forgotten most things about Antnee, on account of him being so boring😆

A very long time ago I sat on a jury for a case which included TWOCing!

The first two episodes are on iPlayer and Kat has bought the Vic. It’s crazy that someone in Stacey’s position would invest £100k in a pub but of course it’s contrived so Kat can become landlady again. I loved Yolande’s reaction when Kat told her about the plan.

Stacey flip flopping , Ravi , the whole auction being a farce, Alfie supposed to be ringing from Barcelona when it looked more like a flat in Milton Keynes 😆
How did Nicola guess what was going on straight away with Harry too ? No conversation, just straight in there.
I suppose that Linda and family might leave for a while now. It seemed all over the place , but be good to have the slaters behind the bar even if it’s a far fetched storyline even by their standards and Zoe is clearly still in danger then too ? She must be back soon I suppose.
Julie , Nigel and Phil was well done though , at least Julie seems credible and I like her more pragmatic approach to all this.

And yes , Dr Antnee made watching drying paint look like a great night out .

She's too old for Max, he'll be all over Zoe if she comes back.

Am I reading this right? Anthony is coming back? I quite liked him back in the day, but not sure how that will fit. Is Paul going to be a dead, but not dead dead?
