That's what I was wondering too! Tbh I've never seen the market that busy ever. I actually thought for a split second it wasn't even EE and I was watching a different programme lol 😅

I have a (horrible) memory of Alfie having a fish stall. It was after he left the Vic and they didn’t know what to do with him!

Didn't Buster have a fish stall briefly?

The woman in the green dress coming out of the house the other day, the busy market with a fish stall today. Wonder what we’ll see tomorrow!

I’m waiting to see this new area though, I know there’s a box park and I think someone (Nicola when she was trying to get round Barney maybe?) mentioned going there for lunch recently.

A fish stall selling in a London heatwave outside and the refrigerator stops working ! I think they will all be coming down with food poisoning, have to be careful! ( maybe a future storyline with Jean , but at least they have a lot of loo rolls to sell out the back thanks to Mo !)

I think it was Shirley Carter’s dad that had a fish stall at Billingsgate and Buster worked there too.
I don’t recall a fish stall on the square , but might have been once.

Had to look up ‘Box park ‘ I think I have been to one in Canada water London before lockdown but didn’t know it was called this. Seemed to be expensive from what I can remember.

Jean can buy from the fish stall to make one of her Fishy Baskets🤢

@Alucard55 I think the staged break in was to make Ravi and the dealer (the menacing ‘Oakie’ guy lol) believe someone had broken in to steal Ravi’s flash car but then by chance came across the drugs and took that instead…

All very implausible and I can’t work out if Ravi actually believes it or not. He was extremely calm considering he must owe someone for the drugs?? But Harry is growing on me and it is sweet the way he is protecting Kojo.

I loves the traders montage at the start even though the market is far too clean and orderly to be a proper East End market!

There is a Box Park in Shoreditch and another one in Croydon I think. They have very expensive bouji shops and pop up bars/restaurants. Not my thing but the one in Shoreditch is very popular.

Ravi was calm and seemed to just go with the break in story. I think that he expects Harry to pay him back somehow. Whole storyline is a bit of a mess though and I would query why they didn’t steal the car as well.

I’ve been by the one in Shoreditch and it was very busy.

Today we have a big park!

Considering that Nicola is meant to be a hot shot business lady with her own bar , she seems to spend more time in the cafe and lurking around ‘ her boys’ than doing much work.

The Kojo storyline is a bit silly really. He is neurodiverse, not stupid. Has it been explained why he flushed a car boot full of drugs down the loo?!

Poor Kojo today looked crushed. I know he did something he should have stayed out of and landed Harry in it , but it was still sad to see him like it.
So a Mitchell / Panesar turf war then? Ravi does play the hard man very well I think. Harry might have to rope mum in if it gets too hairy I suppose. He isn’t as hard as Ravi can be.

I liked seeing phil's spark come back when hes telling ravi to keep out of his business

I feel like every robbery of the arches thats ever happened has been fake 😅

Phil is scary when his riled or even moderatly wound up! Ravi is the new kid on the gangster block now though.

Ravi is so hot - wouldn't it have been good to see how he and denise would make a relationship work with him being a gangster and about to have a war

The arches seems to feature for a lot of things and very few times does it involve actually fixing cars.
They don’t have much in the way of diagnostic equipment and it all seems very sparse compared to the garages I’ve seen doing MoTs etc!

They don't need diagnostic gear , Philth is an old school mechanic who can tell what's wrong with your car by saying "Just turn the engine over .....right bring it to the inspection pit . Right , I can tell what the trouble is , it's your solonoid 's interior spring that's gone "
