He was a bit boring, but I can't help but feel sad
Mick's wife Lou left him, can't blame her quite frankly
He's abusive and repugnant inside and out, and quite manky

Mick wants to see Kit as he knows he slept with Lou
He's got Bernie now, but what is he going to to do?
Mick's nasty little son is out of the STC
Will he be as bad as Mick, I guess we'll have to wait and see

Debbie's quite ill, she's dumped Ronnie and he's very sad
Kevin's still battling cancer, and he's getting quite bad
Glenda's the new landady of the pub now, and Jenny and Daisy are gone
And Julie has died very suddenly, I hoped she'd go on and on.

(I'm sure there's some more things going on right now, but I've only just woken up after a rough night's sleep.) 😆

James is about 22, has no job and looks clueless about looking after a baby. He nicks down the pub in the afternoon.

The coercive undercurrent of Theo is being done well. As a PP said, Todd often looks like a child being told off and then he just agrees meekly. Hopefully bad Todd is just around the corner.

Couldn’t agree more, if he was being monitored as a potential fosterer/adopter, he wouldn’t get very far! Unemployed, no permanent address (for him or Layla), drinking whisky in the afternoon…

I think the coercive control story line with Todd could be very effective if handled properly. Todd actor definitely has the ability to do it justice, but Theo actor, not very convincing though. I can see it slowly building, Todd getting more and more downtrodden then Sarah and Billy staging an intervention.

Dee Dee/James and baby storyline is just ridiculous. But it’s been implausible from the start.

Abi and Kevin, what will the outcome be there? Kevin looked really awful, so frail when he saw them hugging, he could barely walk.

Kevin actor is only 60 but looks many years older on Corrie. I hope it's all down to the makeup dept. but he shuffles along like a frail old man. I suppose I'm wondering if it's all just for the storyline. 🥺

I caught a bit of classic corrie yesterday, Kevin looked so young, felt a bit sad.

Tracy looked really young too, and so pretty.

Todd is one of the best actors in Coronation Street, I enjoy every scene he’s in & think his comic timing is as good ( if not better ) than Davids. But I can see where his storyline is going - he’s in love with an absolute pig 😔

David and Todd should have a storyline together .I love Bad Todd. Maybe Theo could go on Gary's list, when poor Gary is better.

Possibly the recast in Corrie history, he seemed to have taken over the role seamlessly and made it his own.

In Weatherfield, the only qualification needed to foster or adopt is for someone, anyone to exclaim " you would make a great mum/dad". They do not even have to say in earshot of anyone official but somehow it gets heard.

Toyah was accepted to foster even after that inconvenient malarky of attempting to illegally adopt her sister's sister's baby.

In Weatherfield the only qualification you need to adopt /foster /look after some random kids ...is to have a pulse !!
