Last year it was was well advertised.
The TARDIS flying on the BBC screen at every opportunity and so.

I do record a lot of my programmes so maybe I missed it ?

But I didn't last year 🤔.

And I really thought they said it was going to be May for the new series ?

Love Ncuti, I don't think many actors could have carried off a lot of this nonsense - but he did the right thing to get out now.

I also thought he'd be with Rogue at the end. Which wouldn't have made much sense but would have been vaguely satisfying.

I see a Man Wearing a Skirt can have the power to potentially Save The World (and bring back that annoying trans companion (?name) into existence, unfortunately).

Lots of duff pseudo science explanations around the 19-20 minute mark, even more leaden than in Part One.

The Rani seems to have gone to Aldi to get a device that can replace the need for a Tardis.

Eventually stopped watching as I really wasn't feeling it, iit all feels so wooden, might go back another time maybe just for completion.

Separately, it feels like the whole series has suffered from having a million ideas thrown

I decided to watch the finale tonight for nostalgia’s sake. I ducked out watching during Capaldi’s time. I was as baffled as I always was but I was even more baffled by who the Dr regenerated into - some random unrecognisable blonde woman? I had to go on to Twitter to find out it was Billie Piper - she was totally unrecognisable!

Is it a big surprise? Or is no one bothered anymore?

I rather suspect Disney aren’t renewing and so she will just be a “hold” whilst next steps get figured out.

I really thought that when the doctor says he wanted to see omega it was setting up Peter Davidson coming out (last time we saw omega he had taken the 5th doctors form)

I suspect originally season 3 was going to be the doctor searching for poppy and in the process finding Susan too.
But then a combination of only contracting ncuti gatwa for the 2 series and the Disney deal not renewing meant a rewrite of the ending. There was reshoots in February.
Jodie being back showed her issue was the shit writing and not her acting.
