Nearly Easter already! CORONATION STREET THREAD. **NO SPOILERS PLEASE.**

Todd has got a new beau, and he looks like a Ken doll
And it turns out he's got a wife too
Things never go smoothly for Todd do they really?
What on earth is he going to do?

Julie's still suffering with cancer it seems,
and Kev is still ill with it - how sad
Now Debbie's very likely got dementia
Which is really very bad.

New guy Mick and his missus are loathsome
I hope they leave really soon
I want to just grab them and drop kick them hard
So they end up on the dark side of the moon

DeeDee has had Joels baby, but doesn't want her
And her brother's stepped up to be her dad
But I think she's wavering and getting a bit attached
If she gives her baby up she may be sad.

DeeDee's about to take action for the poor treatment she had
When she was in labour and about to give birth
I hope she gets justice and gets treated right
And gets compensated for what she is worth

Dorin is back, he's incredibly cute
And I have to say DeeDee's baby is too (edit by request)
I hope they don't turn into little shits
Like the children in Corrie tend to do!

Daisy and Jenny have proper fallen out
Over the pub and money and debts
I wonder who'll end up owning it and running it
I think we should take some bets!

I think that's most of what's going on! (Sorry if I've left owt out!)

Well it all happened very quickly for Tim to have them at his house 🤔.

He doesn't know Lou or Mick , so it wasn't an obvious neighbourly action that you would do in times of emergency.

I think it was obvious that Tim wanted to protect Lou and the girls (despite not really knowing them) because of what his dad did. I thought Tim was so lovely tonight.

Poor Craig! No one to sit with him in the hospital apart from his boss and Asha. Why didn’t Chesney go to the hospital, at least until Kirk had been found.

Where exactly was Craig attacked? When he was chasing Mick, they seemed to go down lots of little back roads, and end up in a dead end.

Yet when Maria found him, it seemed to be near the little park in front of the shops, where Mason died. I can't quite get the geography in my head

And has everyone forgotten about Beth? Even if she doesn't return to be at Craig's hospital bedside, you'd think someone would think about ringing her to let her know what's happened. Instead, all they're trying to do is contact Kirk - Craig's stepfather. Surely he can't be the only person on the street that has Beth's contact details?

Yes it looked a way away not at the precinct, a bit like where Toyah crashed the car

Tim was doing a great thing looking after the two girls but I couldn't help think it was odd that not only did they willingly go off with him and be taken into his house but Tim just did it without checking with Lou or at least trying to. He's a stranger to those girls! Also where's Sally when she's needed?

I was prepared for Craig dying so no big shock but how sad. He was a daft character at times but one of the few honest and decent men on the street.

Yes! I agree. There have been more murderers in that flat than the prison (excluding the family, who have a good tally themselves!). Sarah is just drawn to trouble!

And it seemed like Craig had been moved to the precinct - it looked like somewhere derelict when he was hit.

I have to agree though that it's odd that Beth hasn't been mentioned. It will be bonkers if she's not mentioned/not told about Craig's death.

Yeah I was a bit bored with Craig and didn't feel the character was going anywhere really, but I feel oddly sad that he's gone, as he is quite affable (was!)

I hope Craig has a funeral unlike poor Robert. I'd have preferred him to have a new policing opportunity in a different force.

I hope he gets a full police funeral with guard of honour a d stuff , as he was so proud to be in the police force.

Doubt if the budget would stretch to that many extras though would it ?

I had to look it up as what I had written was bugging me !

A armed forces personnel has a Military Funeral.

Police have a Line of Duty Funeral ... especially as he died /was killed while on duty .

Gosh ..I didn't think I would be this invested with " r" Craigy 😢😢
