Now Debbie's very likely got dementia
Which is really very bad.

New guy Mick and his missus are loathsome
I hope they leave really soon
I want to just grab them and drop kick them hard
So they end up on the dark side of the moon

DeeDee has had Joels baby, but doesn't want her
And her brother's stepped up to be her dad
But I think she's wavering and getting a bit attached
If she gives her baby up she may be sad.

DeeDee's about to take action for the poor treatment she had
When she was in labour and about to give birth
I hope she gets justice and gets treated right
And gets compensated for what she is worth

Dorin is back, he's incredibly cute
And I have to say DeeDee's baby is too (edit by request)
I hope they don't turn into little shits
Like the children in Corrie tend to do!

Daisy and Jenny have proper fallen out
Over the pub and money and debts
I wonder who'll end up owning it and running it
I think we should take some bets!

Minnie was a softie and Martha was a grumpy old biddy. All three very different characters but they made a great team sitting in the snug most nights. If I remember it was Ena who was the caretaker of the Glad Tidings mission hall. Sad that almost all of them are gone now. Only Ken still there. Am surprised the actor hasn't written his biography as he's seen the street change beyond belief in 60 years.

Not sure if anything like this has been done before but a day trip to Blackpool or similar just for the likes of Ken/Rita and Audrey would be a decent idea. Have them strolling along the seafront and sitting on a bench eating ice cream cornets while reminiscing about their years on the cobbles. Sadly the actors may not quite be up to it. 🫤

I think Max is still alive in a grown up prison. Lauren, David, Shona and Lily will never mention him again. I'm still concerned about David the dog, did he go to visit Gail? Is Nick minding him?

Max got 6 and a half years for burning his own house down. I think we last saw him in prison talking to Lily and David. So he'll be back in 3 years with a new head no doubt.

I was a bit flummoxed by Betsy's police interview and whether Lisa was there as her mum or as DS Swain or possibly both - anything is possible at Weatherplod.

I also note that any time Betsy is in trouble she starts on about her dead mum and Lisa caves.

Is Lauren her new BFF now? Last week it was Nina.

Lauren makes such bad decisions! Why would you leap in to a van that was being wrecked?!!!

For someone terrified of having Frankeh taken away, Lauren certainly makes some very bad decisions! Her leaping into the van made no sense at all.

In real life a parent who is a cop on duty wouldn't be questioning their offspring in the police station. Strictly not permitted for obvious reasons.

Real life and Corrie are so far apart now though and they're lucky they still have millions of loyal viewers. 🙄

In real life Lisa would have been fired years ago, she is a worse cop than Craig and that's saying something! 😆

Has abi forgotten she has PTSD?

Oh please don't remind the writers. We'll have to sit through more tedious dream scenes and flashbacks. [yawn]

My PTSD isn't a permanent state of flashbacks/anxiety etc. No reason to believe Abi's would be different. Although mines related to events from 20+ years ago, so much longer.

The writers have also forgotten Max’s ADHD, Shona and Nicks brain injuries, David’s epilepsy (which I was informed of on here)

I really wish they would explain how Daniel can get Berties trust fund money back now Daisy has given it to Shona and David, and why Jennie hasn't challenged her about giving it away.
