Mention of the honesty box earlier (coming soon to E4 and all that)...do we think the cutting edge lie detector is like the one they had in love island 😂

Or maybe it's like one of those Amazon Fresh AI where you could just walk out the shop and "AI" would know what you bought and debit your account. Then it turned out that it was a bunch of people in India whose job it was to monitor CCTV and keep track of what was being "purchased".

Too much yelling there. Jamie is a good egg and Lauren is vile but Jamie did not handle that situation well. Felt really sorry for her but I would have rather plucked every individual body hair myself (see what I did there) than get involved. I loathe direct conflict like that.

browneyes77 · 09/04/2025 21:02

Fair play to Jacqui!!

EmeraldShamrock000 · 09/04/2025 21:02

There was nothing macho about Clint's behaviour, sat there, nodding and gossiping under his breath with Lauren. Vile.

Delatron · 09/04/2025 21:04

I think the fact that nobody (apart from Jacqui) stood up for Jamie there. Where was Beth? Lauren was calling them all awful names. That caused the issue.

Jamie is coming from a position of hurt because she would always defend her friends. Then nobody was there for her You could see how grateful she was to Jacqui.

Oh I would’ve got involved.

I’m a mouthy, feisty cow 🔥😂😂

Ha. Me too!

Dillite2 · 09/04/2025 21:06

I like to think that I would get involved, but in reality, conflict scares me and I would just sit there and count how many grass stems there were on the lawn.

What?! Did this really happen?!

EmeraldShamrock000 · 09/04/2025 21:07

I still like Rhi, I think she hates conflict and was upfront with Lauren earlier for her rude attitude.
It's hard to find the words in a heated situation.

Unbelievable 😅

browneyes77 · 09/04/2025 21:16

I get that some may find it difficult to be involved in confrontation and so struggle to speak up.

And that’s fair enough. Not everyone is confident in that way.

But it’s the fact that Carina (less so Rhi as she at least did say something to Lauren later), was standing up for Lauren and having Lauren’s back.

If you don’t like confrontation, then keep out of it completely and don’t take any side.

QueSyrahSyrah · 09/04/2025 20:42

If I was Jamie, ‘yeah Carina, raise your arms, like your Husband does’ 👀

Is your mate going to a Hen Do in Swansea?

MargoLivebetter · 09/04/2025 21:22

I’d just hide behind you gobby lot, cowering. I’d be shaking from the anxiety of all that shouting even just watching as an observer. It would take me hours to get to sleep afterwards too.

Delatron · 09/04/2025 21:24

Yeah - I’m so surprised that Carina chose to stand up for and defend Lauren. What is there to defend? She has openly called them all chavs….

Chester if you please! 😉

Exactly this. They’ve backed the wrong horse, not no horse.

Edited

Beth was scared off by Lozenge I think.

greengreyblue · 09/04/2025 21:30

I say lozenge cos she sticks in my throat.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 09/04/2025 21:37

Yes, Carina put the boot in twice. Clint thanking her for her input was infuriating.

I actually felt sorry for Clint in yesterday's episode but not any more. Him and Stepford were as bad as each other tonight, looking down on the rest of them.

MrsDThaskala · 09/04/2025 22:07

Need to placemark. I’ll be back on tomorrow

murasaki · 09/04/2025 22:10

I was pleasantly surprised by Jacqui. Jamie didn't handle it well but you can see she was blindsided by the betrayal.
Lauren is the most toxic person on there, and that's in a group that includes Adrian and Paul.
