I do so hope Dave isn’t put off..but I fear you may be right. He did stick up for her the other day but looks a bit worn down by it all. Maybe he can talk to her and tell her that although her heart is in the right place the delivery is all wrong.

I finally watched the last half an hour of the dinner party last night, and I have to say I went off Jamie somewhat. The way she behaved towards Rhi was actually really uncomfortable and manipulative. She reminded me of my narcissistic mother - playing Carina and Rhi off against one another, treating Rhi as the "good girl" who has toed the line and apologised in the "right" way, whilst at the same time freezing Carina out for not backing down. It did feel like bullying and I feel Jamie is manipulating everyone around her by creating an in-group with her at the centre deciding who is in and who is out, according to how much they appease her.

I did/do really like Jamie but now I'm not so sure.

Rhi and Jeff don’t belong on this programme. It’s like having William and Kate doing MAFS. Shame they didn’t just stay together in the first place.

They are the sanest couple to be on in ages. So something has to go wrong....

Jamie is a girl's girl. From the off she has been shown nodding sagely/looking outraged/jumping in at the first sign of misogyny or manipulation and I have always found her views to be 100% aligned with my thinking. I completely understand her hurt at the inference that her and Lauren was a 'takes two' kind of argument - it definitely wasn't. She was absolutely right in saying "it's all good when I am shouting in defense of you, but the minute it comes to putting your neck on the line, everyone goes quiet".

I get that her approach isn't for everyone, and i didn't love her compelte shut down of Carina, but if you listen to her words, rather than her tone, it's difficult to disagree with her. I hope she doesn't become persona non grata and I really hope gorgeous Big Dave will continue to stand by her - he certainly seemed aligned at the dinner party...

As for Clunt, let's not forget that he got an insight into how spiteful The Stepford Knife was way back when they were doing the photo line up and she was vile about Jacqui saying she looks rough. He had been exposed to her spite long before couples retreat and has chosen to keep backing her. Think about how everyone turned on Jake for his comments during the photo line up? It was pretty much the undoing of him - and yet she has called people rough/bogan/ugly mute/trolls and she just keeps going. He cannot really believe she likes him, surely? It's like watching someone set themselves on fire watching the way he is self-sabotaging now. Everyone seemed to like him and he has thrown himself on the altar of her big spongy boobs. Embarrassing.

Yeah this would be amazing, but I'd like to see someone more vocal get Adrian - Jamie and Adrian might have agreed on one thing, but underneath everything Adrian is the by far most toxic and misogynistic of the lot (although Tricolour is giving him a run for his money). Jamie would be pulling him up every thirty seconds and won't give a fuck how many white teeth he manages to show her with his dead eyed sharky smile.

I’m fairly sure Lauren will refuse to participate in the partner swap as she did with the dinner party.

If she keeps refusing to participate they should make her leave, the whole point of being there is taking part. Just hoping they leave to be honest.

I'd like them to stay until the week where they get to visit each other at home. See if Lauren finds the spark once she's seen how rich he really is.

I've finally caught up. It's awkward now and I'm not really sure how they'll all move forwards!
I do find it hard to really know how things went down (with all of it, not just the dinner party) with the editing.
But on the face of it - Lauren is a cow and out of order. Yes she can say she doesn't want to answer stuff (which is her right), but the issue is the name calling and her behaviour. Which is constant, even without them questioning her. She's just not nice.
Jamie can also call her out but I do feel she was a bit OTT. I get why she was upset at the others but she still needed to tone it down. Shouting like she does just makes her look the bad guy. And her ploughing on for the apologies was awkward. I really felt for Rhi. She never said she agreed with Lauren from the off, but I do think she should have relayed that message earlier. It's not hard to say- look, I didn't want to sit back and watch someone isolated, but that's not to say I agree with her actions.
No clue where Carina was coming from. She didn't appear to know if she was on Lauren's side or not. And ok it's not about sides always. It's OK to say your opinion. It appears she wants to fence sit and be everyone's friend and no, you cannot do that! You have to have your opinion and stand by it. If that was truly to side with Lauren then fine, but then really? But Jamie shouldn't be forcing people to have the same opinion as her either. They should be allowed to say- we disagree with what Lauren did but we didn't think it went the right way. No apology needed.

I'm now thinking about comment from Luke about terrorising Amy's butthole, now Adam, Luke and Amy were mentioned. 🤣🤣

Also to whoever said about Ryan being gay, I actually said that to my husband previously. I got that vibe.

Surely Lauren and Clint HAVE TO vote leave as they've both said how much they don't want to be there? So won't be taking part in any partner swaps?

I loved Jamie but I’ve gone right off her now. Watching the dinner party and it’s basically stupid people shouting at each other, unable to articulate themselves adequately or apply any logic to anything.

Also Beth is awful.

The only people Jamie wanted apologies from were Rhi and Carina so she must want an apology for following Lauren out at girl's night. While I wouldn't have done that (Lauren could GTF) it doesn't warrant an apology.
Badgering and steamrollering someone into an apology seems a waste of time as it won't be sincere.
And I thought Carina stood up for herself really well at the dinner party under Jamie's onslaught.
