I think its great. Its all very far fetched and Soap like. Probably why so many soap actors are in it.

i love Racquel (dont know the characters name in this) but find she is always given really frumpy roles now but when she was in Only Fools she was quite glamorous.

Ch 5 are trying to get us to think that Marcus is buried under the tree but it's probably a red herring .[praps he's the magpie murderer]

Where this drama has gone over the top was when we saw Beth handcuffed to an oven door 😂

@butterpuffed the ‘tree’ was borderline sapling really, I suppose they had to plant an immature tree for the filming. The trunk,looked about three inches circumfrence 🤣

I reckon that Sonia stabbed Alan and John’s look of horror was at her with the knife in her hand.

Oooh I like that.

Maybe Sonia killed him in self defence ?

We are still waiting for the tree and why so important

Barbara to me is Mrs Maguire in Grantchester, she's been in it for the last ten years. Remember her as Raquel though, she's a good actress.

She’s more glamorous character though I think since she married, she is Mrs C now I think.
