It was right not to tell Sonia about it on the day of the funeral. As soon as they were alone the next morning, Bianca tried to tell her but Sonia wanted to talk about other things, and Bianca had been told repeatedly not to blurt it out but make sure the time was right. Kim did her stunt a few minutes later. I can't see that Bianca is much at fault.

Even deleting the emails was excusable - she didn't want Sonia to find out that way.

I don't agree. Finding out like that from Kim is worse than if Bianca would have just told her straight earlier that day imho.
