Also the modus operandi for Lacey Turners maternity leave seems to be oh well she can be in bed most of the time with the occasional appearance when required (Oy Lacey, we know you’re knackered with the baby, just pull on a hoodie and say a few lines, no need for makeup!)

They should have put Stacey in an old faded dressing gown as well, the clothes of doom along with the hoodie.

i think though he was a saint for putting up with Jean for so long tbh as she is really irritating

I do feel a bit sorry for Jean though
she is very unlucky in love.
I know she’s difficult and has her hang ups, but she did love Harvey. I can also see why his chosen Kathy too.

Jean mostly makes me want to punch the telly with the honourable exception of sausage surprise, but the actress is brilliant. Her pain was visceral yesterday.

She was also selling Harvey such a small life. Tea on the sofa, supporting an ever expanding brood of unrelated children, some serious mental health issues.

I'm not surprised he wants more.

I hope they let her have a break soon from all this misery , but some people are like this in real life too, constantly disappointed and let down by others.
She’s had a tough life and challenges with her mental health. Most people would pull away from her ( sadly )
it was a sad episode for all of them involved

I still can't grasp what Kathy sees in plodding old Harvey, though. He's proved he can't be trusted, and what else did he have to offer other than an air of stolid dependability? Jean is well rid.

I thought when Kathy was sorting of seeing Harvey before , she didn't want to continue as it was all a bit boring and safe .

So she then went for the excitement of Rockey .

Har eye is better suited to the Slater household and life than the Beals .

What I don't get is, isn't Kathy still technically married to Rocky? And he was Harvey's best friend along with Mitch! Not that that's ever stooped any of the EE characters before 🙄

The reason he went to prison is because of the whole ‘ six ‘ thing and the fact he was on to them. They all got away with it and his still in there

Kathy is far too good for Harvey and I hope she dumps him quickly.

Maybe Jean should try it on with Junior. He likes an older woman 😃
